Surveytime 

I gave 5 stars because it definitely paid me took about a good week or so but definitely don't want to use them again it's seems very Risky and when they take photos of you and ID it's weird because it gets rejected like 8x or more and why they need id and facial recognition just to cash out??? I appreciate the service but rather use a different Survey site that's more Reliable and Safer without pictures of ID and facial recognition just a little to much information ask for me

A total scam! I tried to contact them after the 5.14e reward, which promised an additional reward after 10e when you collect it all. No surveys for a long time, just useless work. The collected reward cannot be redeemed by phone or on the website. On the phone, I couldn't access any buttons below the notification, even with the rotation on. It didn't work on the computer either, and I couldn't find any contact information anywhere.
I deleted everything, including the page history.

I have been emailing them since last year about my withdrawal which they wont allow. The has not been any communication from their side, I do surveys on other platforms and I withdraw fine. This site surely IS a scam milking us for infomation, I agree it should be banned and taken down

They never send me a survey to do, not once.

I'd give it negative stars if I could. I just signed up today and tried to take a few surveys. It said at first that I should take this survey and then I click on the thing to start the survey and it immediately tells me I don't qualify for the survey. That happened four times. I don't have patience for that so I wanted to delete my account but don't see a way to do that. I contacted their support email address and it came back as a mailer daemon failure, web address doesn't exist. OK, this site is a scam and they have my name, home address and email address and I have no power over that account now. Lovely.

I had to give it 1 star. This sight is totally a SCAM!! I made almost $7 and been trying to cash out since 03/01/25 but Tommi boy keeps telling me that my payment FAILED!! How in the world did it fail?? I sent them a screenshot of the PENNY they sent to verify my palpay account, that went through just fine, this shows us how big of a scammer they are. I informed them I would continue taking their surveys once my $ goes through. 3 times it has FAIL.

Horrayyy!!! This is is legit survery. Just get paid.

Scammers. You reach 5 dollars and they never let you have it.

I have tried for 14 times to withdraw my money via lightning invoices for BTC all of which were the wallets they had declared to work with but they did NOT send it. The possibility for failing to send to any of these wallets is slim to none because they had sent to some of them before.

Last time survey time sent my payment after 15 days. Today again experienced the same. I requested for my reward payment but they still not sent me payment. Don't do surveys at this platform as it seems highly fraud like platform.

is a spam site. i try every day to verify my account and make cashout and i cant. i sent mail and they dont answer. so i quit from this site.

I can't delete my account, there is no support we can reach!

This business/website is a complete scam, I wonder why it hasn't been reported and the website taken down, trustpilot should help in reporting scams to the relevant law enforcement to help save people, I wasted my time to do surveys on this site, it too me almost 2weeks to make $10 then when I tried to withdraw after all the useless verification I got a feedback that the withdrawal will be sent in 24-48hours, after 48hrs the status went from pending to fail and the money didn't reflect back to my account or in my paypal, I've sent about 15 messages to its support and none has been responded to. I wonder how they make their money, do they steal our information to conduct ID theft for fraud or do companies contract them to carry out survey? then these companies should stop. Lets report these scammer, stop them and help innocent victims. They don't deserve even a star but without clicking any of the star the form doesn't show up that's why I clicked

You will waste 15-20 mins on a survey and then the last slide is that you did not qualify to partake. Would've been just grand if you had told me that before I wasted my time.

I earned the five dollar minimum but it would not pay out. All it did was take me back to a screen that said no surveys were available

- Misleading emails, e.g. "your opinion for 1 $", but then the survey pays a fraction of that (with no indication in advance whatsoever)

- Support never, ever, ever gets back to you! Better not have any issues at all!

- Stupid face and ID card verification required because "reasons" when there was never an issue without payouts before they switched to a wallet system. I tried about 30 times using a computer and two phones before I was finally able to complete it.

- No company contact information to be found anywhere.

I got my payout yesterday and am never having anything to do with this site again!

Big big scam. My payments requests have been rejected for 5 months.

Surveytime does not do the needful things they promised. I don’t even see my daily survey. It’s fake !!!!

When you decide to close your account they ignore you. Most surveys screen you out immediately. I've sent 3 emails to close account with no reply.

Trying to get paid cashed out said something was wrong with my PayPal sent it back then I tried again same thing multiple messages can't get a hold of nobody never message me back I've sent so many it's not even funny then on top of it go to do a better Business bureau and they say that I can't even file one because they're not even accredited so you can't even file a complaint so there's that horrible I'm just trying to get my money that I earned
