Frustrating at times
Frustrating at times - I find that I am "not qualified" for many surveys (but after I have spent 5-10 minutes answering questions) and then I get 1-2 points. I find this very frustrating. I am never able to get any of the surveys that have lots of points. They are always full.

Sometimes I complete an entire survey
Sometimes I complete an entire survey, and then 15–30 minutes later it kicks me out saying I don’t qualify. That doesn’t feel fair since I already finished the survey. The glitches and bugs can definitely make it frustrating, but when it works properly, I really do enjoy it.

Though we try our best to pre-qualify you for all surveys, there's always a possibility that you are deemed 'not a match' should you not fit the exact criteria our partners are looking for. Also, when a survey invite goes out, it can attract more Branded Surveys Members than originally planned and they fill up really quickly.
To report any future survey issues, use our "Report Issue" tool. This allows our team specialists to review the survey and credit you with the points you deserve, especially on ones that you've invested a lot of time in or encounter issues halfway/tail-end of the survey. Here's how:
1. Go to 'My Points' on your dashboard (bottom right 'more' button for mobile).
2. Scroll down and click 'Report Issue.'
3. Choose 'Report Issue' next to the specific survey.
Please note the button is available for 24 hours after attempting a survey. If it's not there, reach out to our support team for assistance.
Branded surveys does delivery as advertised
If you have problems like I have sending 765 .00 to bank account branded does everything possible to not help you or send back emails that do not address the problem. I got emails yesterday branded attempted to blame me saying they have no records of me trying to transfer money. No kidding the system will not allow me to do it. No accountability whatsoever. I will continue to post me story on social media and tell everybody forever not to do branded surveys. I have reported branded to the ftc and better business bureau. 765 dollars doing branded surveys took me almost 8 months. Absolutely no regard for steady customer whatsoever.

Better use of time
I'm not doing this for money. I'm doing it for a break in my day. At the same time, when I spent an hour doing a 200-point survey yesterday and only found out upon completion that it wasn't needed and I would be awarded 3 points? 200 points is the equivalent of only $2.00, but 3 points equals $.03! I have better ways to use my time.

So far within 3 days of signing up, I’ve earned about $35.00. Easy money and with having adhd/ocd I’m able to lock in on surveys easily while sitting on the couch watching tv. Downloading the games through the app is what helps getting more points!

The payouts that I received when I cashed out branded surveys pays me on time. I never have to wait long they always pay when they're supposed to. Most of the surveys are easy and the payment for the surveys are reasonable. I love the app. I enjoy the app.
