Avoid GS Consulting at all costs!!

Avoid GS Consulting at all costs!!

Based on our experience, they cannot be trusted to honour what they say, what they put in writing, or what we understood had been agreed.

We spent years and tens of thousands of US dollars in their Argentina program. What followed was a constant cycle of delays, mistakes, clinic and surrogate issues, changing processes, new costs, price increases and shifting interpretations of the agreement.

Most seriously, in our experience GS Consulting failed to deliver key parts of the program as we understood them to have been contracted, then changed its position on obligations and costs when circumstances changed. Their Argentina operations were ultimately wound down while our journey remained unresolved.
The final straw was financial. Their own representative confirmed in writing that certain insurance costs were GS Consulting’s responsibility and “not your expense”, yet when the program ended they refused to return those amounts. We experienced similar issues with notary costs that had been represented as covered within the program.

By the end, we had completely lost trust in the company and were seriously questioning the legitimacy of the service we had signed up for.

After two years, countless problems and a huge financial and emotional investment, our advice is simple:

Do not use GS Consulting. Avoid them and find another surrogacy provider.
