Useless. Don't waste time contacting them
Worst service provider. I called 3 times. The 1st time a man answered the phone while shouting at someone else. When he finally talked to me he shouted "what???". I couldn't believe I was talking to a private clinic. When I told him I needed to book a private appointment he said "can't you see an email address on the website? then send an email if you want to book an appointment!". So rude. Anyway, I did it. One week ago. Nobody bothered to reply to it yet. I called again today. A man answered the phone. He said he could hear me yet he hang up on me. I called again. The same man answered, this time he said there was nothing he could do and If I needed an appointment I had to call the hospital. He made me loose ONE entire week! Why didn't he tell me that when I called him the 1st time on June 28th? I can't understand why my insurance sends me to privately see these awful service providers who treat people without respect.
