Purchasing from the website was fine but could have given a bit more information about delivery estimates etc. The order took a bit longer than I was expecting meaning that my job was 2 visits not just one as it should have been. The tiles could have done with a bit more packaging and insufficiently wrapped meaning top tile in both boxes was damaged.
I did receive a follow up call from them and they took the feedback on board and explained that the delivery info was actually on the invoice which I had missed. Also this particular order had apparently come direct from the factory and they said they normally add much more packing. This follow up was appreciated and upgraded my 3 to a 4 as it showed great customer service. I would use them again

However, I can see that the email containing your invoice and delivery confirmation was opened on 29th April at 19:54. This email advised that the delivery date would be 4th May due to limited stock of these tiles.
Your delivery date was confirmed within five working days of your order being placed, and we updated you within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We have always stated that any issues with an order should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, this review is the first time we have been made aware of the damage.
I sincerely apologise that some of the tiles arrived damaged. I will be contacting the supplier today to raise this matter, as this is the first complaint of this nature we have received regarding this product.
I will contact you once I have heard from our supplier.

Simple to use and helpful website made…
Simple to use and helpful website made ordering an easy and pleasant experience. Communication from the admin team was helpful and constructive. The supplier delivery was very professional. The kit was of a good quality at reasonable prices. I would use Surrey Ceiling tiles again and recommend them to others.
