Pick up from airport for my mother was very easy to set up. They pick up the phone very quickly and are clear and responsive. Also I got confirmations over email to which I replied and got almost immediate replies back which is quite rare for a UK company. Overall very impressed, the price was as expected and reflected the service provided. The previous taxi company I used failed us multiple times for this same job and so I am very happy to come back to a taxi company I can trust with picking up my mother. I will be using them again next time and would recommend the same for anyone else. Thank you for a good job!

Despite arriving within minutes of teh request (meaning driver was local), Surrey Cars charged my stranded wife £30 to travel 7 minutes in the middle of the day. No prior warning and no meter. The return journey with a competitor company was £10.
