I admit that I let my vouchers expire for a longer period of time, but they were paid in full.

To my opinion the value should be upheld, without question. Maybe charge the difference on top due to inflation. (that would be fair)

But now, as they are older than a year, I've lost the money and value without any restitution.

This is a total scam; Great business model for this company. In addition, I doubt it will "uphold" in court, too bad it's not worth it over the amount.

But for sure, never again.....

They are unreliable!! Take your money and do not deliver! Don't buy anything here!

They should or deliver or give my money back. I don't want to choose anything from their website. I wanted what I ordered, they cannot deliver. So give back my money!

DO NOT spend your money on this scam! 250 euros for a "romantic weekend". The hotel that was chosen, did either not have any rooms left or when they did, they could not exceed a maximum number of rooms per night. This is ridiculous, we could not use our voucher so far despite trying many different dates. This is supposed to make a loved one happy, instead this SURPRISE FACTORY steals your money and you have to exchange thousand mails with useless robotic kinda answers and the hotel keeps suggesting us to try to book later. This is ridiculous. Once they have your money, good luck. RUN AWAY and offer something more original than this thing.
