Inhospitable. Unwelcoming. Unfriendly.

Inhospitable. Unwelcoming. Unfriendly.

The space is nice, but they treat people who are not guests like urchins.

My wife and I came here wanting to eat lunch and take a yoga class in the afternoon, but apparently we came about 40 mins before lunch officially started at 1pm so they literally asked us to LEAVE the property and come back.

Absolutely shocking. As a hospitality professional myself I would never in a million years ask a customer and potential paying guest to leave the property.

I spoke to the manager who said it’s not his responsibility, it’s the decision of the owner.

Apparently outside guests aren’t allowed in the building unless it’s 1-3pm or during a yoga session.

So if you’re the owner and you’re reading this: Consider having your employees interpret this rule with discernment. Asking me to leave for 40 mins and return lost me as a paying customer, earned you a bad review on Google and Trustpilot.
