Images of products are not consistent across the site. Information on origin of the goods is not apparent, nor are the shipping times unless you dig deep enough in the FAQs. Tracking details sent are useless, as they do not provide details on where the goods have been delivered - and no, they're not delivered to your home. It's quite slow to deliver too.
I put 2 separate orders through in early July. I never got a tracking number for those and after waiting for longer than the initial estimate, I contacted Surfdome. They told me the parcels were lost in transit, refunded one of them, and resent the other. The resent package is still missing and customer support has been extremely unhelpful. The tracking number provided doesn't work as it is not showing updates. Every day, live chat support says they'll contact the couriers and locate the package but I never hear back from them. I just want a refund and try to forget about the time I've wasted with this company. I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy...
