Placed order 2 weeks ago ON 13/02/2O25…

Placed order 2 weeks ago ON 13/02/2O25 for L20 (high cost) and since then NO INFORMATION SENT from their official email or official Dongguan Whatsapp number of US office number(only goes to voicemail) as to the whereabouts of my order despite multiple enquiries to them and also from their webpage customer form. This in significant violation of their own website claims. Their conduct is indicative of serious fraud! The UK Fraud authorities have been informed
