I had a very bad experience with Sure Leverage Funding. I made a payment of 5 USD using my Visa card through RedotPay, and the payment status is clearly marked as “Cleared” from my side.

Despite this, I did not receive any receipt email or order ID. I contacted support multiple times over the last 3+ days and provided all the required details and payment proof. Every time, I was told to “wait 5 hours” or “wait until tomorrow,” but nothing was actually resolved.
Now they are saying they cannot verify my payment, which makes no sense because the payment is already completed and deducted from my account.
This is very unprofessional and frustrating. Either their system is broken or their support team is not handling issues properly.
I request them to either provide my account immediately or process a full refund. Otherwise, I will continue to share my experience with proof on public platforms.
Avoid this firm if you want a smooth and reliable experience.
