Stay away from surehomestays.com

I had a very frustrating experience with SureHomeStays.com. After fully pre-paying for two units in Canada, my reservation was abruptly canceled without a clear explanation. What made matters worse was this happened less than 3 weeks prior to check-in. They refused to make things right, in fact, I was told they would do nothing and not to call back.

This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I hope they take serious steps to improve their accountability and customer service.
