Being charged for over 3 years without living in the place “insured”
Have cancelled my coverage since 2021. I’m still being charged. I was told in 2022 that I had to call and speak to an “agent”, so I call and speak to an agent, I’m told it’s all good. Fast forward to 2024 I check idle account and find out I’m still being charged. The insurance isn’t even worth it and additionally, I’m not the first one they have scammed like this.

I’ve asked for my policy to cancel and they won’t answer the phone or cancel it via email. They have rep that are rude and hang up on you. They don’t respond.
