I would have given zero stars.

I would have given zero stars.
Bad experience and absolutely not helpful customer service. I asked for refund and as response they said to keep the item but no refund (even though on the website is a refund policy). They offer 35%discount on the next purchase but no total refund (offered 20% only). Item quality way below the description on the website. Never again. The customer service disappears after few requests of refund. I asked the address to send the item back but nothing.
