Hi Beatrice, apologies for the confusion with this. We add a measured scoop to each of our products. If you grab a small spoon and have a dig around it will be in there. For my first order it was a bit of a wait as the customer service was a bit slower to reply to any message but since then I have placed 3 orders and they have been quicker to be dispatched and delivered. I cant speak highly enough of the diet whey I ordered though. The taste is so smooth and the flavour is really nice
