The best support solution tech company!

I was approached by approved by support fruit and after months of a few emails back and forth I decided to give it a try. I didn’t know how much I needed support fruit until I started seeing results. Also made me realized how much I was slacking on responding to emails/ social media messages. I simply did not have the time- I lost many potential Customers. With support fruit they kept my inbox clean and responded really fast and it’s helped me tremendously by allowing me to focus on the more important things of running my business! With having a family, full time student and being self employed it’s physically impossible to do it all without any help. If you’re thinking about using supper fruit do not hesitate to integrate them as part of your own in-house marketing. Increase your response time and don’t lose a potential sale!

The team at SupportFruit is simply…

The team at SupportFruit is simply incredible. After just two days of learning my companies FAQ, they jumped right into my inbox and began responding to emails and clearing out junk/spam. On average I’ve gained back almost 4 hours of my day. That time is much needed when you’re growing a business! Thank you so much Jonathan and the entire team at SupportFruit!

From the beginning

From the beginning Jonathan and his team have been very professional and provided the support that I needed. They’ve always gone above and beyond.

SupportFruit has been a part of my company for 2 years now and I truly can’t see them ever not being apart of it. They’ve saved me so much time and energy and are truly the best support solution out there!

Fast responses, quick to learn our app

Jonathan and his staff have learned our web application very quickly and were able to help our customers from the beginning. One thing I appreciate is that they'll ask questions if they are not certain how they should respond (we get many different types of questions) and the whole team is always expanding their knowledge of how to best answer tickets. Very happy with our decision so far!

As a small business owner, SupportFruit has freed up so much of my time. Growing a business is hard enough without having to deal with customer complaints/ inquiries. SupportFruit has helped me get back some of that time :)

Amazing

Johnny and his team are amazing! I hired them for just one month and in that month my following for my business page increased significantly and my engagement did too! I was shocked at how fast he was able to improve my page and I would highly recommend SupportFruit to anyone who is in need of some help to boost their business! Thank you, Johnny!!!!

Johnny, and his team are extraordinary and versatile. SupportFruit helped us achieve higher satisfaction

SupportFruit helped us retain better customer satisfaction by handling all our customer inquiries on our social media pages. Though we are not an ecommerce brand (we’re a restaurant group), our customers consistently have questions regarding nutrition, allergy information and more. The team at SupportFruit learned our entire FAQ and continue to add to them, which is the greatest asset we can ask for. We feel like they’re a part of our team and are absolutely thrilled we ever found them in the first place.
