I'm unsure why they bother having a ticket system or employing the paragons of ineptitude they've found to reply to them

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

I'VE NEVER THOUGHT THAT THIS SUPPORT WOULD BE SOOOO F****KING POOR JESUS!!

My Microsoft Account got hacked and I'm currently having support from microsoft to regain my account and I've screenshotted it and I've screenshotted my epic ID and much much more such as provide my passwords and provide my email used and I even provided PICTURES that I don't have access to my account - YET THEY SAY "wE hAvE sEnT yOu An EmAiL LiNkEd To YoUr AcCoUnT" and that I gotta press submit.

I WISH SO BADLY I COULD PROVIDE PICTURES IN HERE BECAUSE NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT HELP ME AT ALL AND JUST KEPT ON ASKING FOR MY INFO THEY ALSO PROCEEDED TO BAN ME OFF OF THEIR WEBSITE AND NOW I HAVE TO PURCHSE A VPN. NOW I GOTTA CONNECT TO ANTOHER COUNTRY AND USE THAT NEW COUNTRY'S SERVER TO CONNECT TO THEIR WEBSITE CAUSE I'M FLIPPING BANNED!!!

I JUST ASKED FOR HELP. I GOT 2 SUPPORT TICKETS AND THE ONE WHERE I PROVIDED ALL MY INFORMATION THEY JUST CLOSED IT AND SAT IT AS RESOLVED.

IT'S CRAZY THAT THESE PEOPLE CAN GO HOME AND ACTUALLY SLEEP AT NIGHT. I'D WISH I COULD HAUNT THEM. HACK THEM. MAKE THEIR LIFE A LIVING HELL BUT I AM NOT THE BIG MASTER HACKER. BUT IF I COULD DO HACKING I'D BE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LAW BY NOW.

Also the reason why I know I've been banned off their website is cause it legit states:

"Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "support DOT rockstargames DOT com/requests/29477268" on this server."

Then I've got a reference number and errors.edgesuite.net

I have been in support for 3 years but its worth it to get gta 5 back

so one of my social club accounts got hacked and I contacted support. At first, I got a response asking for more security information which I gave them. Never heard from them since. If your account gets hacked you are screwed. Wish rockstar would care about their player base again!

Terrible support

I waited over 7 days still not response :)

I bought GTA V a while ago...
Today when I logged into my account to install the game to my surprise it says I have to buy the game again. I tried to contact support but got no response. Miserable company with miserable support. I will not buy anything from this company again and I do not recommend anyone doing it

A poor experience, rockstar disregards all reports except for those related to shark cards as all they want is that money. They don't care at all for their community, shown by the lack of care shown for the millions of players recently account reset. GIVE US OUR ACCOUNTS BACK!! #ROCKSTARRESET #BOYCOTTROCKSTAR
