I purchased the software on the 4th March
The visuals are not good. Not fitting to me needs, size required for social media size. I asked for immediate refund . They are just diverting by offering multiple other products. When I said no, they told they have forwarded the request to senior managements it’s been 15 days, sent 2 follow emails, no answer. Pathetic customer support. Hope they behave professionally and refund my money, so that I update my review. Truly disappointed by unprofessional behaviour.
I gave this item 2 stars as it might be useful to some businesses - but not mine, so I asked for a refund well within the 30 days allowed. Sadly I have been met with prevarication and a failure to honour their pledge. I purchased Clipsmateai in good faith through JVZOO but cannot afford to waste $297 on a product which is not suitable for me. The FAQ on their sales page clearly states:
"What if I'm not happy with the tool after I buy it?
A: No worries! We offer a 30-day-money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, just let us know and we'll refund you."
This they have failed to do and after over two weeks of toing and froing must conclude that they do not intend to honour this committment. If they eventually discover their business and moral conscience and refund my $297 I will be happy update this review.
