Avast used to be great. Now, customer service seems non-existent. Very difficult to contact, very slow follow-up, extensive delay in service (coincidentally until the time to get a refund lapses).

I used Avast for many years. It is a TRUSTED resource for my personal and business data, browsing, and online life.

Responsive. Only thing i didn't like is that I was transferred to 5 different people to resolve my problem, as every step was handled by a different group. That was annoying. However I've been using this software bundle for many, many years and even bought a family plan for my brothers and daughter so I got over it.

I use Avast Premium Security on daily basis but yesterday I need to use wifi internet so I used Alfa wifi adapter in my Windows PC and from this point in Task Manager occured Windows Firewall and Firewall Rules process which was always on top of all processes and consumed about 20% of my CPU almost all the time.

These looks like some malware or something else but the gorvernor of my firewall is Avast Premium Security so if something like this happen I can't honetly recommend this software because it didn't protect me from harm.

Buyer Be Aware. I installed Avast Premium security and paid for one year subscription, after installing the software to remove malware, I was asked agin to pay for another subscription to do that. Unsatisfied, I contacted their online support after 30 minutes of installation to get a refund(they have 30 day Guarantee), their customer service representative, Prince Albert, refused to issue a refund and challenged me to call my bank to try to get a refund. Order ID: AVP2127219680. P.S: I took pictures for my conversation with Prince Albert. Sure make it hard to get your money back and try to sell you what you don't want/need.

Really easy to navigate. Extremely eifficient. No virus etc related PC/MacBook/Laptop issues in 6 years

I have just opened my compute and only to find that most of the problems, like being very slow and other problems have been solved for free, thank you so much, as from now i will keep on recommending Avast everywhere

I feel like I get a great product for the price I pay. Avast is very thorough and catches a lot of issues. I use a variety of Avast products, even using it to protect my phone. Any time I need to contact customer service, I get a resolution quickly.

the app is so good and protects my device but the problem is it asks money
