APPLE IS TRASH!!!!! FU APPLE

What real trash looks like with money and that’s very sad.. I have had an Iphone for I guess about 3 yrs now and kinda just started using apple pay and such. I asked for a refund twice, once was because one of the apps I made a purchase on charged 9.99 when I was making a 0.99 cent purchase. I contacted apple right away and they rejected my refund, I appealed it and they rejected it again. 2nd time my nephew had my phone and when I noticed he was in something other than the game I grabbed my phone just as it was looking for my face to verify so I was to late. That turned out to be a $42.62 subscription to I don’t even know. Contacted apple for refund and was rejected again, appealed and rejected again. I am in the mist of converting my iphone to android and I will go back to using google because I have never had a refund problem with google.

Work laptop needed fixing

Work laptop need fixing, clearly critical for me. I get an appointment at Apple Reading only the next day. They won't replace it (AppleCare+) but insist on fixing - has to be sent to Czech republic. It'll take 7 days. The day BEFORE the 7 days are up I get a message - Your device reached the Apple repair center on {today} February 2026.

It took a whole week just to get to the repair center. Pathetic. And they got me to join their Business Service. It's beyond poor. Google here we come!!

I was charged for Apple One…

I was charged for Apple One subscription despite never agreeing to sign up and never using any of those apps. Supposedly this happened automatically when I bought a new phone, without my knowledge. I noticed a charge on my bank account, so I immediately disputed it with Apple - it was denied by the automated service. I called Apple Support and was informed that because it had already been denied by the automated system that there was nothing they could do. I explained that I never agreed to this subscription, the support staff screen shared my phone to show me the evidence of me saying yes to this subscription and it was not there! All they could say was "well, I don't know what happened to it but it should be there". And refused to help any further. Absolutely appalling service, makes zero sense and made no attempt to speak rationally with me when their argument didn't match the receipts. No refund. What a con.

I have had a lot of problems throughout…

I have had a lot of problems throughout the years with apple, both for apps, systems and as a developer having apps on the app store and i haven’t been helped once. The support is the worst I’ve ever seen, it’s hard to find and when you find it you have to wait extremely long for an answer that’s always negative. There’s no direct way to talk to support, call or have a chat which is extremely unprofessional. The products and prices are overpriced as well.

Worst ever service support seen

I am writing to seek your urgent assistance regarding an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with my device since December 25. It has now been nearly two months, and I am still unable to find a resolution for the "No Service" problem.
Here are the key points detailing my situation:
1. Several customer representatives have observed the "No Service" issue, and I have provided videos and screen recordings as evidence.
2. The service center team also witnessed the issue in person, and I shared my video with them during my visit.
3. I have run diagnostic tests over 25 times; while customer care can see the issue during these tests, the reports do not indicate any problems.
4. Although I have generated logs more than six times and sent images from my phone, Apple has not received them, even after trying different Wi-Fi networks.
5. During one diagnostic test with customer care, the network went down, reflecting the "No Service" issue and indicating a potential hardware problem. Despite this, when I submitted the device for repair, the diagnostic report showed no issues, and the service staff were unable to proceed with the repair.
I am feeling quite desperate as I have reached out multiple times without any resolution. I would appreciate any guidance or escalation point you can provide to help me resolve this matter.

I was fraudulently charged from Apple…

I was fraudulently charged from Apple iTunes for orders that I did not make and Apple Support denied the refund request! I did not order anything from Apple yet was charged by them and they denied their fault! The Apple Support service person was absolutely not helpful repeating the same defensive statements over and over again. Useless!

Can't get out of Recovery loop

I got iPhone 17 Pro Max with trading in my iPhone 14 Pro Max in October 2025. That's the biggest mistake I made. AT&T sent me iPhone 17 Pro Max. After working for 3 days, the phone went into a Recovery mode loop and could not get out of it. I called Apple support, the supporter guided me to connect it to a computer and tried to Update and Restore. But he could not do it. When the iPhone was restarted, the screen always had the a distinctive graphic showing a lightning cable pointing towards a laptop or desktop computer icon. I called AT&T to send me a working one. When I sent the bad iPhone 17 Pro Max back to AT&T, because AT&T could not get the Serial and IMEI numbers, AT&T thought that I stole that iPhone from them. I gave the tracking number from the label AT&T sent me to prove that I had sent that phone back. The nightmare was started from here. Apple support has employees don't know everything about iPhone and instructed customers to do the wrong things. To me, no matter whether the customers buy or trade their phones, if the phone not working or having problems, Apple should be the one to handle it from there. We pay so much money for an iPhone and we don't get the support we deserve.

iPhone locked out accidentally, unbelievable what you have to go through to try to get even the very basics of being able to start again with your useless phone, not asking for much but the madness that is their "Help" service is unbelievable. Never again.

I Have contacted the supplier APPLE …

I Have contacted the supplier APPLE regarding this product/following this incident?
Yes
When did you contact the supplier and what was the outcome? SEPTEMBER 2025

Since buying a NEW Apple laptop Mac Air Note book and Apple mobile Pro Xax 12, spending over $6000 on two items, I have had various ongoing dysfunctional security issues. I have faced. Here are some facts for consumer review under (ACL) as the end user has no rights or data protection. Apple has made it easy for hacking to take place offering 3rd party applications to be used to log in to to the apple device and stalk someone for so long.
(1) Password has to be changed very 2 -4 days as the Chinese's people from the next-door house in Mount Waverley Vic 3149, have been accessing my emails, intercepting calls, interfering the Apple laptop and mobile phone. Many people down the street are helping them.

(2) Apple has limited support outsourced call centre, to offer support, APPLE does not ask for feedback when a case has been reported over 50 times with many case numbers, Apple have done nothing to audit who is tagging the network into the laptop, why the password is made error when I try to log in.
(3) The security offerd is very basic, therefore all the passwords are visible, allowed to access devices in many ways that a hacker has easy access, daily I have to call Apple about the issues with the iPhone and Mac Book. NO follow up's are offered, no one takes any libility for the poor quality with no real security support.
(4) House 3 reads all my emails, access my photos, as they make my password invalied, then I must re do a new password.
(5) APPLE has very limited support on ground level even though the products are of high value items. The overseas call centre staff do the basic and you are back to the same issues again 2-3 days later.
(6)
What other actions have you already taken?
I have over 15 - 20 cases with APPLE for faults reported for support request. Each case is closed soon, come back to the same position, APPLE will have more notes on this matter. I have called the call centre over 20 times and I have daily issues. I am told the call centre staff can change passwords

Once Upon a Time Apple was a Great Company. Not Anymore.

I will start by saying I have used Apple for decades. At this writing, I have a macbook pro, an iphone pro max, an imac, 2 Apple TVs, an Apple Watch and an iPad. I also subscribe to Apple Fitness, Apple Music and Apple TV. To say I am a long time Apple enthusiast is an understatement.

Their level of support has been a slow deterioriation but today was a day where my experience with them hit rock bottom. I literally felt abused by their "support" team when I had a legitimate issue related to a relatively new computer.

The cable that connects my Macbook Pro to the charge block started eroding and displaying open wires, something I perceived as a hazard. I contacted Apple for a replacement since I did buy Apple Care for "peace of mind" (over $500).

Back in the days of AppleCare, when there was a problem, it was fixed. No hassles. No questions. Those days are long gone. This was a simple cut/dry issue. The cable was faulty, needed replacement. I was told that they needed a credit card to send me a replacement. But I'm on Apple Care? I explained. He said they needed to hold it until I could return the damaged cable to them. I said that was ridiculous to which the rep started shrieking that they didn't need my abuse and would hang up on me. Seriously. I wasn't even yelling at them! I asked to speak to a supervisor because I didn't appreciate the attitude when I had a legitimate issue.

I got a supervisor who was just as bad. Told me that they needed to analyze the cable to see if it was a user error in which case they would not refund my credit card. I asked how the protruding wires is my fault? And he said i could have stepped on it, a chair. Ridiculous accusations but didn't exactly instill my faith that I would get my money back. I told him that if that was the case, then I would return the cable because I could get it for $30 less from another retailer but Apple should absolutely cover this since it's a relatively new machine and I have AppleCare, over $3k total. He hung up on me. A supervisor. He seemed to want to be combative.

What is the point of getting AppleCare if you are going to have to go through hoops to get something fixed?

Fortunately, I called yet again and got someone nice who took care of it with politeness and professionalism but it took 3 times.

This is Tim Cook's Apple. Long gone are the days of premium product and excellent customer service. Tim Cook who has capitulated to the fascist administration.

I have decided I can no longer support Apple. I just cancelled Apple Fitness, Apple Music and Apple TV and I will be migrating over to the Samsung ecosystem as my Apple products start to go.

I remember the days when Steve Jobs ran Apple. I had an eMac (an egg shaped computer) that had a logic board issue less than a year after I purchased it. I called to find out there was a back order. I was freelancing at the time and needed a computer. Apple told me to rent a computer so I could finish my assignment and they would reemburse me until the logic board came in the following week. I remember feeling blown away at the level of customer service I had received from them. When the logic board didn't come in the following week, they replaced my computer with a brand new iMac. This is the Apple I fell in love with and pledged my loyalty to, NOT Tim Cook's Apple.

RIP, Steve Jobs. He's probably rolling in his grave right now.

My Apple account is entirely dysfunctional

My Apple TV account is horribly dysfunctional - I've been asked for sign-in information and codes over and over. When I was finally able to sign in and actually watch something, I got bounced out of my account for no apparent reason and ended up going around in circles again dealing with login information and codes. Being new to the Apple website, I found it painful trying to access support. The navigation is just awful.

Garbage support team

Garbage support team. Apple deleted my photos even when it was no where near the free 5gb iCloud limit. Spoke to customer service team, who just spams script “sorry there’s nothing I can do” garbage, without stating a reason as to why my data was just deleted without notice. Would not escalate. Just a company that thrives on hive mind goodies to buy their products while releasing the same phone every year. Save your pennies. Buy an android.

Negative reviews are rubbish.

Negative reviews on this website are absolute rubbish. I have used Apple support for years, and have never ever had a bad experience. They’ve bend over backwards to help customers, are always cheerful, and adjust their advice to the level of my computer knowledge. I’m absolutely appalled by all the bad reviews. Apple in my experience has been the best customer service of any firm in the UK.

Apple Watch 11 bought for AFib

Apple Watch 11 bought for AFib. Within a week of purchase the watch fell off of wrist resulting in significant screen damage.

A promised one week repair with email progress notification became a two months never-repaired with no email progress notification. The in store Apple employees in Montreal never apologized, they only pointed fingers at:
-the Apple corporation process
-logistical issues
-missing “new” parts
Initially refusing:
-refund or new watch
-then giving full refund minus repair deduction for no repair work done
-finally agreeing to return repair deduction but requiring customer to come back to the Montreal Apple store a 4th time.
Conclusion to this saga : vote with your dollars by moving your buy decisions to the competition.

I was given a faulty MacBook just about…

I was given a faulty MacBook just about 2 weeks ago. I’m an international student, and I also have AppleCare. Despite numerous attempts to address the situation respectfully, in a desperate desire need to fix the issue, I was left with “I’m sorry I can’t help”. They will never allow customers to speak with administration or corporate to escalate the issue. I’m super disappointed and feel disrespected in my service as a longtime customer. I’ve never had this issue before. They have basically taken my money, left me to fend for myself, and expect me to fix the macbook when there is no other Apple technician/store in this country. Even if there is a computer technician here, no one would touch it because I have Applecare. I’ve tried providing solutions on my own to them, and every time I tried, their policy does not help. I would expect with a billion dollar company they would be loyal to their customers, even when an extreme circumstance were to come up, but I was wrong. This almost made me consider filing a lawsuit with the company because of the lost time and money I wasted on trying to fix my issue.

Apple Care + Review…

Purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max with Apple Care+ and had to request a screen replacement after dropping the device. Had to wait six days for an appointment at Apple Braehead only to be told at the appointment that despite the replacement screen being in stock, they are understaffed and I’d need to make a second trip to have it replaced in the next seven days. 90 minute journey plus waiting time and broken phone. Very poor service
