The service of the kit supply and blood testing was good, however the customer service beyond that is very poor - emailed the support email address multiple times to receive automated responses, including one from a bot asking me to review the help i'd been "given"???
The irony is this is robbing them of another sale, given the issue is with the referral email and the referral i'd be giving to a friend.

Supply Life has provided me with the confirmation of intolerances and reasoning behind my symptoms. This has given me the reassurance needed to adopt a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. The person on the consultation call was very helpful,she guided me through the options that are available to me. She was very pleasant and has put a couple of meal plans for me.
She also put my mind at ease by saying although it can feel overwhelming.she encouraged me to take the change in the diet 1 step at a time.

Really easy to complete the test and post the test pack. The results were returned within the expected time frame. The follow up call was scheduled to discuss the results - conducted by a very knowledgeable and professional nutritionist. Now I know my results I can adpart by diet accordingy.
