I sent them dozens of emails to ask about the shipping status, and I haven't received an email since. Their customer service is terrible. I am about to cancel the membership because of this. Please just reply to your email. I really don't want to be scammed.

They are scam please do not subscribe to their website.
I subscribed to their website, and they charged me $588 on 02/28/2025. When searching for products, they don’t show me the prices—they ask the seller instead. I sent a message to the seller, but nothing worked; it was just an automated response. After one day of subscription, I canceled my plan and opened a dispute with PayPal. Since then, they have never responded. Today, PayPal sent me an email saying they will close the dispute because the seller never replied

This company is a deliberate and very elaborate SCAM to sell you counterfeit/knockoff products from China. The website lists an address in Casper WY but that's a small dental business. Actual head office is in Hong Kong. This is why there is no phone number. Many levels of fraudulent activity here. The 5 star reviews have to be fake like everything else.

Paid for an enterprise account, contacted legal on 1/31/25 for invoice about invoice availability as advised by their chatbot. As of 2/11/25 I've yet to receive a response other than to say I need to wait longer.
Supply Leader is clearly not a serious business.

Avoid Supply Leader Group Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with Supply Leader Group. They charged me a significant amount without my consent and have been trying to access all my accounts. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel and resolve the issue, including sending them an email and following their cancellation instructions, they continue to charge me.
The first payment attempt was denied by PayPal, but I was later asked to authorize a payment, which I did not approve. However, Supply Leader Group kept attempting to take the payment, and I don’t understand why PayPal authorized an ACH transaction from my bank account without my consent. This caused me to pay a $30 fee to my bank for canceling the transaction and blocking further access to my account due to unauthorized payments.
Now, not only am I seeing unauthorized charges on my PayPal account, but they also tried to charge my Capital One account under my name and my husband's. PayPal's system shows the charge was canceled, but it still appears in my account, which is extremely frustrating and confusing.
I’ve tried to contact this company multiple times, but they never respond. Their customer service is non-existent, and their practices are unethical. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. I strongly recommend avoiding any dealings with Supply Leader Group.

Most likely you subscribed to our service, and there was an unsuccessful payment attempt through the PayPal. If the payment does not go through on the first attempt, PayPal makes second attempt 5 days later to charge the subscription fee.
All attempts to write off funds are made by PayPal and we cannot influence them.
To stop further payment attempts, simply cancel the subscription in your personal account or via PayPal.
We have requested your email via Trustpilot. Please provide your email that you used on our website so that we can better understand your situation to avoid such misunderstandings in future.
In any case, the support service should resolve your situation. Most likely, you did not receive a quick response because of the weekend.

When you enter their page they tell you that all their products are original, I bought some serums from La Roche Posay and at the beginning of their page it said 100% original so I acquired their subscription for 123 dollars and placed the order, but then when checking how my order was going it appeared that they could not corroborate that the products were original, they sent them from China and covered the brand logo, so it is obvious that they SELL REPLICAS and they trap you like hell so that you buy their subscription, surprise the order did not even arrive. Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Required me to pay to even see pricing, paid to find out there stuff is fake or bootleg and not real licensed products. Shipping options were freight or sea and cost like 9k to have a $200 order shipped to the USA. No thanks cancelled with 1 hour of getting this and requested a refund need me refund now and it’s been a week and still no refund.

Where is my refund?
Once I paid the subscription I found that none of the 15 products I shortlisted were actually available.
I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. I received an email asking me to wait 30 days for the refund which I have done, and still no refund!
