Do not order from them!!

They always have what I need at very a reasonable price. Fast shipping

I ordered over a week ago, my order has not even been processed yet. Called customer service, had to wait 30 minutes, the woman who answer was rude. She told me it could take up to two weeks for them to process order BEFORE shipping it.
I have ordered from other online companies and received my order with in 6 days. Should have a stuck with the other company, which I will be going back too. Make sure to pass the word around at my gym. Crappy customer service, processing time/shipping time sucks.

I'll never buy from this outfit again.
Waited almost 4 weeks for an order to show up.
I paid for 2 day shipping too, and when the package did come, one of the bottles of MCT Oil was leaking, Almost 25% of the contents had leaked out of the bottle. The cap on the bottle was loose and it didnt appear to be completely sealed. Almost as if someone had tampered with it and tried to seal it back up.
I've ordered supplements over the internet for 20 years and have never experienced anything this botched up before. I guess it wont happen again.

I ordered from them for the first and last time. It had been over 10 days with no action on my order, which was over $100. I did send an email inquiring about it and they did respond in 24 hours, stating they would check with the warehouse...no response. I called the customer service line, which took approx. 30 minutes until I got through, and they said they would cancel the order and give me a full refund with an email stating the refund would be forthcoming...no email a day later. I can get the same items from Amazon Prime cheaper because there is no shipping.

I have been a customer for over two years and spend over 1k with Supplement Warehouse. They used to ship orders out at the noted timetable of 72 hours or less as stated on their site. It would seem they only abide by their policy now when it's convenient. I have placed multiple orders where the wait time is getting longer and longer to process the order BEFORE shipment. Most recently it took almost 10 days to ship my order. Every time you call them their phone system tells you to use their ticketing system and disconnects the call. They will never rectify their mistakes or empathize with the situation THEY put you in. They do have great prices, however, this is the only positive thing I can say about them. Out of all of my customer service experiences, this is unquestionably one of the worst, time after time. Additionally, if you buy anything outside of protein powder there is a 1 in 3 chance the product will be of bad quality( exposed to moisture, clumpy, void of potency, etc. ).

I researched extensively and found SW to have the best price for the supplement I was looking for. You can typically use a coupon code to get a discount.

Highly recommended.

They have a lot of the Hi-Tech brand supplements at a very cheap price. This last purchase will be the 7th time I've ordered from them.

I have been a fan of Myoplex Lite shake packets for years and I always find the most lowest prices here. I think that the shipping prices is a little high. That is the only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 stars!

I've purchased from supplement warehouse a few times now. Shipping and handling is expensive compared to other stores but definitely fair on pricing and deals. Great selection and haven't had any problems buying from them so I give them a thumbs up

I just purchased some items from this site. So far so good for me! I spoke to a customer service rep and she was pretty helpful. I'll see when my products comes in and how long it takes and then I'll share my ratings for that. I would definitely recommend this site to others!! :)

I have tried sw a few yrs back and was not impressed ,but now five yrs later I thought i would give them another chance! I ordered over 200$ worth of supplements that are in stock and 5 days later it still hasn't shipped! and after dealing with the customer service I will never again! they claim to have fast shipping at low prices !!! FALSE .... the first order was bigger than the second and yet the first order was cheaper by about 8$ ? who makes the shipping price? so after contacting the customer service about why has my order not shipped I was told By the lady she had no idea!!! and then ask to speak to management ,was sent to a voice mail that still has not been returned!!! so then asked for my order to be canceled, I still have not received my refund nor the product!!! never again...ok just to be honest I have just now received an e mail with my cancelation but money still not sent back to my card!

I have ordered for my husband and I for the past year. We compared a lot of other sites and local stores. Nothing beats supplement warehouses prices, the quality is as good as it gets. and lastly the shipping is fast and inexpensive. For a couple with a very active lifestyle, supplement warehouse has made it easy and affordable for us to stay healthy and fit!

Ordered for the first time, I know when I am getting my stuff and founf the website very user friendly. Looking to get back down to my Optimum weight and found everything I need to get started.

I order about once a month, for the past three years. Supplement warehouse has been consistent in price, quality and quick delivery. I recommend them to my friends and I will continue to order my bodybuilding supplements from them.

Cheap prices, flat rate fast shipping, free sample, and coupon codes if you sign up for the news letter, what more could you want. O and if you can find a better price somewhere they will beat it. This is the only site for me.

I love the prices but I dislike the high shipping costs
