Placed an order on 21/10/2024, nothing received.
Can not get a response using email, phone or their website. Much to my surprise the order was received today.
They are just very very bad at communicating with customers

Customer service is non existent, they do not respond - absolutely no point of having the customer service email address. Do not use this company if you would like to receive good quality products and a customer service team which actually exist
