Dead vacuum cleaner

I took my vacuum in because it was dead. He said it needed a new motor which he ordered. Then he said it needed something else which he ordered and claimed it got lost in shipping. He has this vacuum an entire month. When I finally went to pick it up all he brought out was the canister. I had taken the hose and head when I dropped it off. He came back out with someone else’s head. He then found mine and brought it out. I think he needs to take better inventory of what he’s got and who it belongs to!
