Ordered a hat a Christmas it never arrived and no correspondence from company - SCAM

I bought a garden fish fountain from supertrendinuk.com when it came 3weeks after order it was a miniature ornament that you would pay no more than 1 pound for avoid these .con artists at all costs

Do not order from this company, I made my order in January and it is now March and I have not received my order. No email no nothing. They have been paid for my order and I have not received anything. I am very disappointed. Avoid this company.

Bought All Terrain “Crocs”

The “Crocs” have all the branding on them and look legit but are TERRIBLY made and very poor quality. I don’t think they’re legitimate crocs at all.

Bought a resin bronze duck statue for £10.99 an absolute rip off nothing like the photos and deliberately misleading, I didn't expect it to be big but it is just utter rubbish, don't buy from this company, wish I had read the reviews before, I am going to contact my bank to see what they can do.

Horrible and for sure scam company. I made an order on the 1 Feb, on wowcher redeeming a voucher and using it to buy an item on their website from supertrendinuk. On the 3rd they sent updates that my item was dispatched and received by evri, I contacted evri amd after 7 days they replied that the item was never sent to evri company and that the only solution I should contact the merchant I sent more than one email and ive never receive an answer from this supertrendinuk. Absolutely thief! You are disgusting

Ordered 3 light up reindeer. Absolute rubbish! Just a load of pieces, several missing and nothing like the description. Don't waste your money!!

Wish I had read the reviews too!! Got a Wowcher and they advised it has been delivered but it hasn't I've emailed the company and they haven't got back to me. Terrible service and doesn't look like I'll get my money back. My 1 year old son will be upset he hasn't got his item now

Ordered coat size XL, delivered size 4XL, coat was very small could not put on. Asked for a refund via Web Site ordered from Discount Experts. Supertrendinuk made excuse that Asian sizing is different to UK sizing. That was 3 weeks ago, they have not responded to E Mails since

Wish I read the reviews, didn't realise wowcher didn't check what dodgy companies they put on their site . Been waiting since September can't get no answer off them ,they are local so I'm going to go and annoy them

After reading all the reviews, I was convinced that the parcels would not reach me, but I was surprised to receive the parcels from this seller before the planned delivery date, the parcels were nicely packed.
The only thing is that I paid for two shipments of GB 7 for each wowcher, and the seller responded to my email only after the support from wowcher.
In general, everything is OK, but the opinions about this seller can be really disturbing

Avoid at all costs - scam company. First order ‘lost in transit ‘ second order boots 3 sizes too small. Raised return request numerous times via Discount Experts form - no response at all. Await Discount Experts reply now - be warned don’t use these scammers.

Ordered two hoodies via Wowcher for £30. Claim to have dispatched 11 days ago and was given a date to arrive two days ago, but no update to Evri tracking status for 11 days. No replies to emails, not even an automated acknowledgment. Two items to be sent to same address were dispatched separately, costing £7.98 postage for items that will likely not arrive. Fortunately I work for Trading Standards so have a route for redress, but to those who do not - beware of both this company and Wowcher.

I ordered an Xl jacket from these cowboys at GoGroopie On opening i saw it was labled as an XL but clearly no bigger than a medium at best. I sent pictures of the jacket but they replied then sent an XL and that was the end of the matter. They have refused to respond to two further emails. I will never buy anything from these cowboys again and I will never recommend them. Please if you don’t want to be conned don’t buy from this shower at GoGroopie I gave them one star as I was not allowed to give them no stars and felt I was to generous giving them a star. I note that 94% of their customers have also awarded then one star that says what sort of company they are

I am having the same issue as many other; returned 2 items that they sent me incorrectly sized, and they refuse to refund, so I’m out of pocket and don’t even have the 2 useless items to re-sell or anything!

Thieves. But if we all send a complaint and our experience to trading standards they can investigate the scammers. I have already reported as I know I would get my £40 back. But I will tell you what else I will do… post turds through their letterbox now I have their return address! Vile!

In good faith I bought 2 pairs of crocs to wear at work (work in a hospital caring for patients) and these sick scumbags steal from me! My NHS pay is already being taken for granted (strike action) and even when I buy my own uniform/shoes- these nasty pigs steal the cash and are probably reselling the returned items as I type this.

Trading standards! And report wowcher too, they are claiming to be innocent, but they are affiliating with these horrible people so are guilty by association. Report report report. And post about them, with the company address so that they can’t rebrand as another stupid name. Let them suffer and lose their jobs over their own actions - from the admin to the packers! Also, I hope one of them walk into my ward and need help- I’d claim i didn’t hear their request and the walk away with whatever treatment they were meant to have and give to another patient.

GoGroopie listing indicated charger and cable included. Product instructions indicate charger and cable included. No cable and charger sent. Very slow delivery for price charged. Supertrendinuk seem to refuse to send charger and cable. Despite requests Supertrendinuk have failed to state the charging rate for the product. AVOID these companies there is a likelihood you will not get what you ordered.

Received what looks like a fake, cheap imitation of the product I ordered via wowcher. No return details provided, clearly from China based on the packaging. Total scam company!

Do not buy. Terrible quality. Reported to crocs for intellectual property breach.
