HELP! Locked responses!
I created a survey, got over 200 responses and it locked 183, which is fine, I understood I needed to upgrade to access more than 25 responses, however, when I did this, I still couldn't unlock the survey. I then attempted to contact customer support, this did not work at all, the email failed to send multiple times. I am not impressed, I need to be able to access the results as this is for work purposes. Can anyone help??
