Deliverables are always well-made and within timeline estimates. However, I find the biggest differentiator to be the team! Everyone that I've interacted with on SS has been highly professional and overall fun to work with. Feedback rounds are always taken in stride and all communication has been timely and transparent.

Superside has made our jobs so much easier, once you start working with them they understand your needs and deliver the product efficiently, minor setback would be pricing but overall its an amazing company ton work with, very professional abd the staff have all been amazing

Absolute scam, pls stay clear otherwise you will loose it all. Please you have been warned

There is a scam based on site called superside-grow.com. Please do not fall prey to their part time work that they offer below is what happened to me
Where do I start.

These guys popped up to me on WhatsApp informing me there is an opportunity to make extra money and asked if I was interested. I agreed and went for training. Everything looked so legit I was like okay cool money to be made.

Did the first 4 days no issue. On the 5th day, the website that I now found out is being manipulated, made me go into the negative, and I deposited some money to try and get that first salary. Then they manipulated it again to make sure that I can never get paid and they said I can get it and that I should just keep paying the deposit and then I can withdraw my funds. Absolute liars

I ended up leaving it realising it's not the process to try and get my money back so I left it and took that loss

Then they persistently bothered me EVERYDAY to complete the "data" on the fake website I told them no I don't have money for you, maybe when I get paid. More weeks passed they continued to bother, then they said some bs about optimisation that if I can't afford it I can pay half and finish the data and get my money back. I still refused. Then they got another guy ( the guy who "trained me and who was running the whole show !!!) To message and befriend me to try and persuade me to "optimize" to finish the data and that he also did the same.

What an absolute liar.

Long story short I got duped, I paid the optimisation fee thinking I would get all my money back and when I did, they ignored my messages and went radio silent.

So please if these guys pop up to you offering 750 usdt payments week and all you need is a laptop or a phone, please I beg you BLOCK AND DELETE IT.

They are pros at this and have build a fake website, fake customer service, fake group chat, fake names, fake everything, the only real thing was the money I was forking over thinking I would get my initial investment back.

It's a fake Job with the sole purpose to steal your money by making you believe you're going to rake in a lot of money.

I lost alot of money and do not want others to go through what I went through.

Don’t bother. We tried to start with them and the upsell tactics are annoying. Even after you warn them that you just want to try the service, they don’t listen. Also not impressed I am being charged even though we didn’t receive any services.

Great way to scale our very small marketing team with some powerful design support. We've worked with Superside for several years now-- there was an initial onboarding phase as they helped us truly develop our brand, and now we are off to the races. As a small in-house team they really help us punch above our weight class.

We really appreciate the timely manner in which we receive the assets we request as well as being able to openly communicate about any edits or changes needed. Our account manager, Diego, is readily available and the imagery and videos provided to us have helped us build out our social media presence.

We have a great relationship with the Superside team. The design quality and output have been excellent, and Superside has been a real asset in supporting our small team. We are thankful to partner with them and leverage their design expertise on our marketing initiatives.

Superside is an awesome partner all the way around! They are transparent with their timelines, extremely open and receptive to feedback, and their creative outputs are top-notch - whether it's foundational brand work or ad hoc presentations. On top of that, they are a wonderful and pleasant group of people to work with.
