Nous regrettons sincèrement que vous restiez insatisfaite de votre expérience, malgré nos tentatives pour vous apporter une aide concrète.

Après vérification, vous avez bien souscrit au Pass Élève, qui vous a permis d’entrer en contact avec un professeur. Conformément à votre demande formulée par email, nous avons résilié votre abonnement immédiatement afin qu’aucun renouvellement ne vous soit facturé.

Vous avez donc payé une seule mensualité pour accéder à notre service de mise en relation, qui a bien eu lieu.

Suite à votre avis, nous sommes revenus vers vous pour comprendre ce qu’il s’était passé et envisager un remboursement si aucun cours n’avait finalement eu lieu. Malheureusement, vous avez refusé de poursuivre les échanges, ce qui ne nous permet pas de finaliser votre demande.

Notre équipe reste à votre écoute si vous souhaitez rouvrir la discussion. Nous sommes toujours prêts à trouver une solution équitable, dans la mesure où nous disposons des informations nécessaires.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous regrettons que notre fonctionnement vous ait déçu, malgré les échanges déjà engagés avec notre service.

Le Pass Élève permet un accès illimité à tous les professeurs de la plateforme pendant toute la durée de l’abonnement. Son tarif reflète l’ensemble des services que nous mettons à disposition (mise en relation, accompagnement, outils pédagogiques, absence de publicité…). Cela dit, nous comprenons que ce modèle puisse ne pas convenir à tous les besoins.

Concernant votre situation, un geste commercial complémentaire a été mis en place afin de tenir compte de votre retour. Nous espérons qu’il contribuera à améliorer votre perception de notre service.

Thank you for your feedback.

The Student Pass gives you access to all profiles on the platform, and you can contact as many tutors as needed. However, to maintain the quality of exchanges, there’s a technical limit set at 50 messages to prevent spam and ensure a safe experience for both students and tutors.

This limit can, of course, easily be lifted upon request. Feel free to contact us at servicequalite@superprof.com — we’ll be happy to help you continue your search under the best conditions.

When subscribing to the Student Pass, a secure payment authorization is indeed required at the time of subscription, but the actual charge is only confirmed if a teacher accepts your request. If the teacher declines or doesn't respond, the payment is automatically cancelled.

The €39 corresponds to the Student Pass, which gives unlimited access to our network of tutors and allows students to contact as many teachers as needed. This is a monthly subscription without commitment, as clearly indicated at the time of payment, and it can be canceled at any time from the user’s dashboard.

However, after checking our system, we were unable to locate any account matching your name or details. It’s possible that your subscription was made on another Superprof platform (we operate in over 50 countries). If so, please double-check the domain (e.g., .co.uk, .fr, .es...) and contact the corresponding local team.

We’ve taken note of your review, although it appears to have been published on the wrong platform — Superprof UK users should post feedback on the UK page to ensure better handling and visibility.

Following the refusal from the initial tutor you selected, we suggested several other profiles who could potentially meet your needs. Since none were contacted and your account was subsequently deleted, the amount you had paid was automatically returned to you by your bank.

I’m truly sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with these fees. Allow me to clarify our process, which we strive to make as transparent as possible from the moment you sign up.

When you register, it is clearly stated that access to tutors is via a 39€ student pass, valid for 30 days. This pass allows you to contact all tutors on the platform and schedule an initial lesson, which is often free. This pass is a monthly subscription, automatically renewed by default, and without commitment, meaning you can cancel at any time with no additional fees.

To avoid any misunderstanding, we send an email outlining the subscription terms right after you sign up, as well as a reminder 5 days before the charge, to ensure that each user is aware of the billing schedule. These details are also accessible directly from your personal account.
