I've been teaching with this platform for almost two years now. The helpdesk is great and it's a secure platform. The premium option is also not that expensive which gets you more and easier students and the platform doesn't take commission.

Good experience overall. I met new students through the app. Sometimes the app lags, and other times there are technical difficulties. Costumer service is not responsive.
Using the service on a laptop is easier.

I think it is the best online plateforme to learn with, and develop your skills in what you need.

Bad news

I would recommend ensuring you understand that Superprof simply charges for you to even speak with someone. Not necessarily to have a lesson. Please beware. I recommend using another source for tutors / teachers. There are those that don't charge a monthly cost.

I’ve been teaching on SuperProf for the last two years, and my experience has been very positive. The platform is professional and allows a free trial session with students, which is a great feature — it helps both the tutor and the student identify goals and expectations before booking, unlike many other websites. The commissions are also quite reasonable compared to similar platforms, and I regularly receive new students through it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience on SuperProf.
