⭐ Avoid — catastrophic experience, half my fees refunded after I threatened legal action
I engaged Supernova Search, Auckland, New Zealand to manage my business SEO and it was one of the worst business decisions I have made.
Within moments of taking over my account they removed my budget ceiling and maxed out my ad spend, costing me thousands of dollars almost instantly. What I received in return was, in my assessment, a 30-minute AdWords "hatchet job" — the kind of superficial setup anyone with basic knowledge could have done.
I have since had Google Adwords Management check the account and they actually cannot believe these guys know anything about SEO or basic adwords ! WOW.
The impact on my business was severe. It was only after I threatened legal action that they refunded half of my fees.
When I checked my own account change history, it was immediately clear to me that effectively no genuine work had been done: no ongoing account management, no monitoring, no checking. In my honest opinion the service fell so far short of what was promised that it raises serious questions under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Based on my experience I cannot recommend them, and I'd encourage prospective clients to get every promise in writing before paying a cent. Above all to check your own change history and to see exactly what was done and not done !
