Absolute scam!!

Absolute scam! They did not deliver the product on the specified date, and then blamed me for not "absent on delivery" even though I was at home and waiting for the delivery. There was no delivery attempt made at all, and i was forced to pay 20 euros more for a redelivery fee. completely unhelpful customer service ever. In the end, i had to wait 3 weeks for my product and still pay an extra "delivery fee". Would never buy from Supermedia again, absolute scam.

siamo spiacenti per l’esperienza negativa riscontrata e comprendiamo il suo disappunto. Tuttavia, desideriamo precisare che, come da documentazione fornita dal corriere, al momento della consegna non è stato possibile effettuare la consegna per assenza del destinatario. Il tentativo è stato regolarmente registrato.
In caso di assenza al momento della consegna, i costi per un nuovo tentativo sono a carico del cliente, trattandosi di un disguido non imputabile al nostro servizio.
Il ritardo di tre settimane è conseguente sia al tempo necessario per effettuare le opportune verifiche con il corriere, sia alla riorganizzazione della consegna successiva. Ci dispiace per il disagio arrecato, ma abbiamo operato nel rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali.
