Staff were so lovely and understanding, very fast and food very fresh and hot.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. I used to find the food quality to be very good compared to other fast food outlets but lately the food and service have actually deteriorated to a point that I have officially decided not to go there again. I visited their new store in Tuamgraney on 5 seperate occasions and have found service very slow and food has varied from stone cold to tepid. I know 5 times is a lot but you live in hope that someone fixes it.....its got worse if anything. 40 euro for cold food and the place was not even busy. Reading other reviews I now wish I had stopped after visit number 1.

Online ordering

Waited over 75 mins for food. Never arrived. Rang store to be told they had no drivers available and had no idea of when my order would arrive. Cancelled order and have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Terrible online service

Got a snack box meal and chicken wrap meal at main street ballinasloe. The founding outlet of the supermacs chain. Totally disappointed with the quality of the food. Chips must have been on the hot plate for hours. By the time I drove 2 minutes home both meals were cold and the price was ridiculous. Won't be getting supermacs ever again. Total garbage

Staff not able to comprehend the English language at clonmel store. Asked for festive 5oz about 10 times and staff member could not understand the word festive. Was given a normal 5 Oz
Service completely slow. Also on occasion not given tenders that I had paid for at drive through had to return to store to get them. Also when ordering online for collection staff do not start preparing order until you are in restaurant rather than having it ready by the time you arrive for the appointed collection time. Got a taco chip today and it contained no mince. Just chips and sauce. Once waited half an hour in restaurant for an online order they refused to make on time as they were busy. Prices are extortionately high in the first place and then they have the bare-faced greed to ask for an extra 35c for a sachet of barbecue sauce on a €12 single meal. Typical of the owner's attitude.

I ordered from their online order and the food took over 90 minutes to arrive the driver drove miles past our house to deliver another order first even though we are only 8 minutes from the restaurant and I had to reheat my food in order to eat it, it barely edible when hot its far worse when cold

I always eat TheLuxe Roll, but today I didn't like it. I found the sandwich ready and wrapped in aluminum foil and cold. The bread was wet from the internal heat and became completely rubbery. I am making this comment with the aim of helping you because I think that every customer who feels the same way I felt will not buy from this pre-made system again.

Absolutely gone to the dogs, was in a Mayo Supermac's 3 weeks ago and was served the worst pile of garbage i have ever been served, it was fish and chips and seemed to the manager and staff to be some type of joke, everything was piled into a box despite me telling them we were eating in the shop. i would at least have expected a knife but all we got was a box with chips and fish, no condements whatsoever, asked for vinegar "none" asked for knife "none" asked if the meal could be served on a plate even a paper plate "none". this brand is sinking fast. That goes for management and staff too.

Got reply from John Mc today and said this matter is closed as his staff done nothing wrong, so its the same in all Supermac's, ignorant managers and inept staff, ENOUGH SAID, now i know where their training came from. TRAGIC. Going down hill fast. Johnny boy

The food was alright but the service is beyond horrible took us half an hour to get served and had a toddler throwing a tantrum because she was hungry

No milk shakes. Drive thru. Order placed 15.02. Order received 15.16. No apology.

A manger today decided to leave her station and verbally harass me along with a worker as well ,this was surprising as I thought the staff was taught about customer support

I love Supermacs and will always champion it. The food and service are great and I love the aesthetics of the restaurants that have been done up. Great reading and pictures on the walls. My fave dessert is the muffin and ice cream.

Cold fries that looked like they were cooked and left on the side.
Chicken burger had no sauce on it.

Ordered for delivery, missing an item, complained to manager, couldn't cope and she hung up. Seriously unprofessional and incompetent, come on supremacs, you can do better. Gave her colleagues name, Emma, but not her own?! Very very poor.

Supermacs, Mullingar.
Food was fine. But with more staff than customers, service was still very slow, indifferent and gave you the feeling, one was ruining their day by placing an order. If it wasn’t for one senior female staff member intervening, we’d still be waiting for food. 😕😔

Don’t ever order online for delivery food took 3 hrs to come and was cold worse service ever

Was there today served by a foreign lady with glasses she must've counted the chips in a large chips only about 15 chips aprox and the chicken strips were dry and definitely not the five we each ordered There was three of us restaurant wasn't busy but staff member took our money walked away no manners Normally staff are lovely but this was so disappointing I had to go up as she got order wrong for our visitor Very bad value for nearly 38 euros We normally go there and are usually very happy with food and service The manager should be more visible to make sure service and order are delivered properly and correct order and amount
