They arent responding to any of my emails, i havent recieved a box or my refund nearly 2 months later

Bought a box thats now 2 weeks late. I've emailed twice asking what is going on, then asking for my money back. No contact what so ever. They have my money, I have no box. The worst and most annoying and frustrating thing is the lack of communication from this company. A terrible way to run a company.

I ordered a subscription from these, 16 comics thinking I’d get a mix of old and new. But nope I was sadly made to look a idiot. They sent me 16 comics of the same title, dated from the early 2000s. Which I could of picked up for 10-20p each from a local comic dealer. Don’t use this company guys. It’s a rip off and you’ll regret it. Major changes need to be done.

Awesome company and very responsive, they do have an issue with their website at the min but they did give me a very effective solution and their product is amazing

Ordered a one off box for £29.99 at the start of Feb to see what the quality of their boxes is like so I could make a decision on whether to subscribe (they have an option to subscribe for a period of one month for £24.99 - or £19.99 for new customers - but you have to wait until the end of the month for it to be sent). Anyway, no information on my confirmation email or their (very basic) website about delivery times for individual boxes so I send them an email with my question. I receive a response telling me that they only send things at the end of the month. So, i'm effectively paying £5 to £10 more for the same thing (one box of random tat delivered at the end of the month). Needless to say I've decided against a taking out a subscription and have requested a refund.

I ordered a gaming box a one off box. When I ordered there was no way of knowing when it was coming so after 5 days I emailed. Basically got told it arrives at the end of the month. So 25 days after I ordered. I get the monthly boxes arrive like this, but my one off was just to see what the contents was like. Anyway I cancelled it. Taken nearly two weeks for them to acknowledge it after sending a few emails and being ignored. Wasn't bothered about the money. It was just more the point behind it. Poor customer service.

If i could give minus stars i would. Got my first months box no problem, after that my subscription kept getting put 'on hold'. I've been told it's a glitch in their system, but for 2 months i haven't received anything. Absolute waste of time and effort. Avoid at all cost

My husband and I received a box each month after 2 months or so I cancelled mine as I didn't think much to them. Well we been on about cancelling my husbands but never got round to it and WOW! My husband received his box today the August box. The items are not worth the money they have got awful and he received a bag of cookie but guess what there was no cookies the bag was open but empty with aload of crumbs rolling around in the box. Totally disgusting. Be glad to see the back of these boxes.

A gem turned back in to coal
Sadly sold by the original creator superloot has become a mystery monthly box of whatever end of line or cheap china knock offs they can get. Such a shame as this box was so good when it was first created almost 10 years ago, the original owner/creator had so much passion and energy that got us excited to see what was coming next & always delivered. Superloot has lost its "super" since being sold in 2014-15

Not great, customer service is lacking. A lot of the items you get are items that were given away with marvel or DC magazines years ago. Not worth £24.99 a month

My husband and I bought the gaming loot box and instead we received one general one (all products were about Batman). We send an email and ask why the box we received did not have even one gaming related product. They replied that "the box are random, and they do not make specific guarantees on what they send out, no returns".
Totally a scam. We stopped the subscription immediately

Unlike lots of others I'm not massively sold on what arrived. I was hoping I had found a box I would stay subscribed too but after receiving my first box I've cancelled as, to me, it was disappointing what was in the box and not like the exciting looking ones I had seen on the website, which is why I ordered in the first place. Had no real form of communication either. I didn't even know my box had shipped until it arrived

Well happy Loot box day! Its been a brilliant start and the piece de resistance was a delivery driver handing over my very first Superloot box! I have to say I was completely won over by it! Great amount of stuff contained within, fantastic value and items that are sitting proudly in my game room! The one occasion I had to contact them i found them extremely communicative and helpful! This is my first experience at buying any form of Loot box thang but im genuinely pleased with the result! Peace!

Wow used to zavvi and other companys and have been come jaded over rubbish repetitive stuff. Had three so far. Outstanding best boxes ever over 8 years. Also same price as other companys but you get better stuff and a tshirt

Superloot is a brilliant idea for anyone who loves superhero's, gaming or is simply a geek. Fantastic value. Always a very good quality tee-shirt included in the box - Good value on its own as Tee-shirts of this type are often £20 or over on their own. I bought boxes for 2 of my 3 sons, both really love the boxes.

I've been purchasing from this company for months now, almost a full year. The target demographic for the boxes seems to be 1-2 year olds although they are filled with culture that is usually unbeknownst to teenagers. Most of the stuff in the boxes are genuine garbage, most of the time you won't even get stuff you like mainly because their main themes seem to be: Here's a t-shirt that cost 20 quid and some more stuff we found on ebay. Like honestly you could blow on the stuff you pay for and it'll fall apart. So if you like quality merchandise this is the last place you should buy stuff from. You're better off getting Lootcrate boxes and waiting 4-6 months for each. Don't bother not worth the money.

Item never arrived 3 weeks after the claimed the posted it ! Customer service shocking and still tying to get my money back ! Avoid this company they are rubbish

I have been getting superloot for over a year now and must say it is one of the best boxes out there. Like to support UK based companies of the large US ones too.

Overall bad experience, fobbed off about boxes coming and then being told they are delayed. One box arrived and to be honest I was hugely disappointed. I paid for a gaming geek box and received a walking dead one.....and I'm not a fan, items were cheap and no worth the wait or hassle.

Now cancelled and gone else where.
