I received my earrings promptly. They are beautiful, however the posts are very difficult to insert into your ear. Once they are on, they are also difficult to get off

I don't remember ordering the blue topaz necklace, let alone two of the exact 8same thing. It's not a stone I would normally order.
The 1/2. Ct diamond necklace seems small for 01/2 ct. I need info on how to do a return. Pls help.

Early delivery
The earrings arrived in a timely manner. The gold is a little thinner than expected. Other than that, they are beautiful and we are very pleased.

Endless Hoop Earrings in 14 Karat gold over sterling silver…
Although the ordering process and delivery were good, I am disappointed in the earrings. The endless hoop earrings that I previously owned all have a hinge which makes them easy to open and close. I found this pair very difficult to open and was unable to put it in my ears. Maybe I am doing something wrong but there were no instructions. Going back!
