What happened:
I paid 330 EUR for a website development service called "NEO Local Paket." The service was never properly delivered. When I requested a refund, the merchant refused and cited a "no refunds" policy. Additionally, their receipt explicitly instructs customers not to initiate bank chargebacks — a clause that is unenforceable and indicative of fraudulent intent.
Red flags:
- The domain superity.org was registered on 2026-03-30, suggesting a newly created operation with no legitimate track record
- The merchant is unreachable through normal communication channels
- The "no chargebacks" instruction in their receipt is a known tactic used by fraudulent merchants to prevent buyers from recovering funds
