False advertising- but made a replacement in time!!
First time ordering with this company and ordered a more top shelf product. Unfortunately what I got was nothing like what was advertised on their website. Noticeably different in picture and different amount of THCA. I emailed the company right when I received the product and they got back to me saying that they would escalate it and I still have not heard anything that was three days ago. I would be very leery from buying from this company.
Update!! They reached out to me and said they will replace the item!! I will update the outcome!!

Still have not received a replacement. And I reached out to them today and they have no order for replacement. So I think they are not doing that and not replacing anything and just told me that to appease me. It was over 10 days ago. I received this product and it is crap!!!!!!!!!!
I did receive a replacement, but it took about 11 days. If I were to order online again, I might order from here, but it was such a bad experience. I doubt I will.

Regarding the timing, shipping and transit times are unfortunately outside of our direct control once a package leaves our facility. Factors such as carrier processing, weather conditions, and holiday shipping volumes can sometimes cause delays that we cannot influence.
We’re glad the replacement was ultimately delivered and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address the situation. Our goal is always to handle each case fairly and ensure our customers are taken care of according to our policies.
