Client Support inexistent
I made a return request and 1h later the courier was there to pick up the package. The email with the instructions for the return clearly said that only on the day after they would pick up the package. Now I have to drive 40 minutes to drop the package at the HQ of the shipment company.
I wrote to the client support of Superga IT and they just ignored my complaint. Bad experience, i've been buying Superga for the past 10 years but now...
