unable to login to the account after nearly passing the challange.
its saying "Unauthorized" 100% sure that the password is right because i did take a screenshot when i made the account also when i tried to login before it was all okay, its not letting me change the password either trying to change the password.
i did try to reach out to them but without succes.
hope this will get solved....

I requested my wihdrawl and the Superfunded team came up that I broke a rule. They said I had breach the copy trading rule and IT IS NOT TRUE AND WON'T SHOW ME THEIR "PROOFS". I have been trying to get my money but they insist that I made that breach. They are making up things to avoid paying me because I made a big profit. I'M GETTNG THE FEELING YOU ARE A SCAM.

27/09 Update : They didn't follow my case professionally, I got multiple spelling mistakes from their emails and they just kept saying there was a breach with no proof.

I am very happy with this prop firm, they genuinely care for their traders and have fixed every issue I had!

supderfunded.com is not good. worst firm, in all over the industry. They changed my margin level xauusd in a live trade a brought about a auto sell of my open position. the change was xauusd which was using magin of 6000k changed overnight to 16,000. which closed my positions. It was me who chased them down. and fought for my margins and leverages. They were not concerned.
They have severe IT and technical issues. They have severe staff shortage. which has been there for months. - they always say, everything is sorted.
Now they are preparing grounds, to eat away my profits. of around 50,000k plus. I am looking for help, from anyone, who can stop them scamming people in the uk.
i am writing this after a lot of email to them, and they seem to be not bothered at all.
I cleared their challenege 3 challenges and they are having such severe issues with payouts, that they more than half of my friends who all joined them, - they have refused to pay - after making all of them wait for 3 weeks. and then using one or the other reason to reject. and then they say
1. we will refund your challenge money
2. we will give you a free bigger challenge to try again.
excuse me!!!!
where are the profits..... they have scammed many people.
i am fighting myself. i will encourage other friends to put their feedback as well.
so at-least they do not scam others.
i have all the screenshots and emails dashboard etc as proof
imagine the margin and the leverage thing which i wrote at the start,- i believe they are not bothered because, they know, that they will eat up my 25,000 of that account and they will never be at loss.
please stay away. It is a serious scam. They give you a real hard time, at everything. From IT, to dashboard, to even when you are trading live. and also, whatever staff they have, is also, not educated enough. That staff, just writes something, and says, that you have done this wrong & that wrong but - when you chase back with proof they just say sorry. And say, - oh we were looking at some old documents and we made a mistake. They try all tricks in trade when you have a live account. Until then, they even gave a big degree type certificate.

I will stick with FTMO atleast they are legitimate and pay. Because, i gave chance to the, thinking they are new. but this turned out to be a nightmare.

Hello guys, 2 months ago I signed up for a prop trading challenge with this company, I passed the challenge which was just 1 phase, and also what attracted to me to this company was lowest fees, and a real money account given with the broker eightcap.

I got the real account within few minutes of passing the challenge, I have made good profits and i requested withdrawal. It is now 14 days, and they have still not processed my withdrawal. during this period I am not allowed to have open positions, so cannot trade!

I have sent so many emails, but they do not reply. After complaint, the following is an email i received:

We have looked into your case and we can see that your request is under review and is pending. Please, note that we currently have a huge influx of incoming withdrawal request due to successful traders.

We, of course, will not keep the money, and if everything is in order you will receive your funds asap.
