Unprofessional customer service
I ordered three T-shirts on Shopee to use for a gym advertisement shoot. At first, the customer service team responded quickly, which made me confident that the order would arrive before the shooting day.
Later, they informed me that one of the shirts was sold out and suggested that I change the color. I decided to cancel that shirt instead and asked whether the other two shirts would still be delivered on time. Unfortunately, after that, the customer service representative stopped responding.
I eventually called the shop myself and found out that the remaining shirts would not arrive in time either. They told me I would need to cancel the order and place a new one.
I don’t mind canceling the order and reordering if necessary. However, I believe this situation could have been avoided if the customer service team had responded earlier and checked the order promptly after I contacted them. Disappearing without providing an update or a solution is unprofessional and caused unnecessary inconvenience. After I discussed the issue with my team and my boss, we placed another order, but my boss’s order was canceled without any explanation. I suspect this may have been because the customer service representative was upset about my review

Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company was very disappointing.
I placed an order, but the full cost including shipping was not clearly shown beforehand. When I proceeded to pay via Apple Pay, the total amount suddenly almost doubled. It turned out I would have had to pay nearly the same amount again just for shipping, which was completely unreasonable.
I immediately sent an email requesting cancellation of the order. I received confirmation that a refund would be issued. After a few days, I did receive a refund — however, it was not the full amount. Over £20 was missing. I sent another email regarding the missing amount, but this time I received no response at all.
Keeping part of a customer’s money without explanation is highly unprofessional. I have ordered from this website before, but the prices and shipping costs have increased significantly, making it no longer worth ordering. On top of that, customer service is extremely poor.
I do not recommend.

Your payment was processed through a third-party payment gateway and was subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and bank processing fees. These charges are determined by the payment provider and the issuing bank, not by our company.
When international refunds are issued, the final returned amount may vary due to exchange rate differences between the original transaction date and the refund date, as well as conversion or processing fees applied by the payment gateway or bank.
We have already replied to your email with a detailed explanation regarding this matter. If you need any further clarification, please kindly contact us directly with your order number so we can review the case again.
We do not retain any portion of a customer’s payment beyond the actual transaction amount.
Transparency and customer satisfaction remain very important to us.

Fake merchandise and bad customer service
Ordered an expensive pair of gloves, only for the print to start chipping after a few uses.
When I contacted them, they completely refused to acknowledge this was not how it was supposed to be.
When I left a negative review, the deleted it immediately. Steer clear if you value customer service and value for money.

First, we would like to clearly state that we are an official distributor of major Thai brands, and all products sold by our store are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturers.
Regarding printed gloves: as with any combat sports equipment, surface prints can naturally show signs of wear after usage, especially during heavy bag or pad training. This does not indicate that the product is fake.
When you contacted us, our team responded according to our policy and requested photos for inspection. Product wear after use does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Twins Special Deluxe kicking pads - Speedy delivery and cheaper cost
After reading positive reviews about SXS I decided to order some Twins Special Deluxe Kicking Pads KPL12 (Black/Red) on Tuesday evening, they got shipped from Thailand on Wednesday and I received them on Thursday noon (Manchester UK) - I used the faster option with Fedex as there was not much price difference with standard option. I received regular updates from Fedex. I'm very impressed with the fast delivery, the cost of the shipping was 3/4 of the cost of the pads but the total cost was still around £50 cheaper to local shops and SXS have more choices in terms of colors and sizes. The quality is as expected (genuine leather, sturdy) so they are definitely genuine Twins Special pads. I didn't have to pay any custom tax either so I'm very pleased with the overall shopping experience. Would buy again from SXS if I have to.

Brilliant service at an excellent price.
Ordered a pair of focus mitts as they were much cheaper than anywhere I could find in the UK and the colour I wanted was not available here. Placed my order on Friday, it was sent on Saturday and with me by early afternoon on Wednesday. I didn’t have to pay any duty either so I’m delighted and will definitely purchase from Super Export Shop again.

WILL NOT BUY from them again
The shipment of 10 items was apparently poorly packaged and fell apart in shipment. As a result, I received only half of the items. The store did not accept any responsibility and the shipper - Aramex - did not bother to respond. The store eventually chose to disregard my emails. I was left with items paid for and missing in shipment with no one to answer for. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
