I followed all the instructions the day before flying to Egypt. Once landed in Egypt no network at all with the esim.
The assistance has been helpful but the reply time made all the assisting process very slow (thanks that I had the hotel WiFi if not forget it!). After passing an hour for attempting all the possible solution - none of them worked - I asked for a refund. At the moment I'm still waiting for a reply. So I spent with a fast online transaction the money required for the internet package but don't know when I'll be able to get the refund.

I don't recommend it (at least in Egypt) . I wasted time and money. And still no connection.
