Our adventure with the local tourism business in Cracow started in 2003. Initially we would show our beautiful city to tourist from all around the world working for an external agency. In 2009 as a transport company working under its own brand, we would offer mobile tours by electric car in Cracow, airport transfers as well as transportation services to the most popular places in our region. Since 2015 under the name SuperCracow we offer comprehensive tourism services. As a licenced tour operator, we offer trips to the museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, Salt Mine Wieliczka, Zakopane, Częstochowa, Wadowice, as well as shooting range, thermal pools, rafting on Dunajec river and many more. A complement to our offer are transport services, airport transfers, Kraków Balice, Katowice – Pyrzowice, Warszawa (Okęcie, Chopin airport). What’s more, we offer transportation services in the territory of Poland as well as neighbouring countries. We invite you to get acquainted with our offer.

I am surprised how this company is still operating. They should be closed with such an incopetence while doing one thing they are suppose to do- organize a tour! Two days before the tour send an email with the details changed that the tour will start at 1:55 am 😅😅😅 just to stand (physically) in a queue for 4 hours without toilet, food or shelter (in November), this at first sounded like a joke!! Bun no, kt gets better. I was not assured that we will get in at the time when the museum is open or at all get in. If I would want to stand in the line and buy tickets this way- I would not choose to pay for the company to stay in line together. The whole trip was ruined and this company have to be closed and not operate until they will figure out how to buy tickets in advance and make sure to actually sell the service of skiping the line. This is what tour companies are suppose to do. Do yourself a favor and SKIP this company.
This was a terrible experience, please don’t use this company if you want to go to Auschwitz book your own tickets and get the train.
We were originally booked to be picked up at 8am but had a message the afternoon before to say we would be picked up at 1.55am !!! This obviously changed our plans for that evening as an early night was needed.
We arrived at the pick up point at 1.45am so as not to miss the coach, SHOULDN’T HAVE BOTHERED as the coach turned up at 2.45 and the tour operator smelt very strongly of alcohol.
Arriving at Auschwitz we were told to get off the coach and stand in the queue until the gates opened at 6.30am (as the clocks this night went back) we ended up standing on the pavement with no toilets or refreshments for 4 hours.
The ticket office at Auschwitz doesn’t open until 7:30am. We queued on the street to get in the car park for four hours, and then had to again queue for tickets for two hours. Some had arrived even before us, and it was pitch black & freezing temperatures. Even when dressing for the weather, because we hadn’t known about this queue system we were ill-prepared.
Like us everyone on our trip was under the impression that we had pre booked tickets but apparently not, and everytime we asked our guide his response was “I don’t know I don’t work in the office” and then he would disappear.
We had nearly reached the ticket office when we were told there were no more tickets and we would all have to go home !!!!! Our guide responded with it was not his fault, maybe if he hadn’t been an hour late and obviously hungover we would have got in.
This was a trip for my husbands special birthday and not only did we not get in but we spent 6 hours standing in freezing conditions … some birthday!
I suggest if you want to do an organised tour you read reviews and choose a more reputable company
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This tour was a harrowing experience that I will never forget. The tour guide was extraordinary and her passion shone through.

The communication and arrangements were perfect for my daughter and I, for our Auschwitz and Salt Mine guided tour. The hotel collection was great and right on time. Our host Kacia was very helpful and made us feel at ease.

Day ran really smoothly, organised really well. Arrived got our tickets from the representative Kasia (who was excellent ) at the door and straight in. Tour guide was brilliant, clear and gave time to anyone who had any questions.

Terrible experience, if you are planning to visit Auschwitz then you should book your own tickets directly through the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Museum website in advance, it isn’t hard to get to from Krakow and you are essentially just paying for a coach transfer by paying for their “tour”. There is in fact no guided tour or ticket included despite the advertised description.
The coach operator was quite evasive from the offset - they are very cagey about telling you what is happening, likely as they know no one would attend if they did.
We found out the night before we were due to go that we were to meet at the coach at 4:30am. We arrived for 5:30am, where there has become an unofficial system used by 3rd party last minute operators that entails essentially queuing for the queue. The ticket office at Auschwitz doesn’t open until 7:30am. We queued on the street to get in the car park for an hour, and then had to again queue for tickets for an hour. Some had arrived even before us, and it was pitch black & freezing temperatures. Even when dressing for the weather, because we hadn’t known about this queue system we were ill-prepared. It is quite different when you’re expecting to walk around outside in the cold, not standing around waiting in freezing temperatures for hours on end. This “tour” also tells you to bring your ID - this seems to be because the museum is trying to tackle these 3rd party false advertisers who used to get people to queue up for the whole bus-load to buy tickets for them. It is the museum who ask for your ID to buy a ticket now. You will hear bus operators complain that it is a “bad process” but not their fault. This is perhaps true, but if that is the case, then why aren’t they just transparent from the beginning? When you look on the Auschwitz-Birkenau website, it is possible to book a group ticket with plenty of notice in advance, which is what the more legit guides do. Our experience seems to be symptomatic of companies trying to capitalise on last minute trippers, the irony of which being that we would have had time to book a proper ticketed guide had we known.
We waited for 2 hours, but then were told just before buying tickets that English language tours would be sold out by the time it was our turn, so we would have to pick another language and the bus operator would get a leaflet for us to read walking around. So, on the advertisement where it makes it seem like you are paying for a guided tour all day, this is completely untrue. The man “leading” our group said to us himself that he wasn’t our guide, and we would be with museum guides once we entered.
Another fact that came out just before we were about to buy our tickets was that we didn’t know when they would be for - we could have been waiting around for hours more until it was our slot. The “skip the queue” tickets advertised just refers to when you return later on for your ticket time.
Whilst you are in the “official” queue, it still seems a bit Wild West. We were told that we could go into the cafe and use the toilets, many people went in to get out of the cold. These mobs then return to the skeleton remains of their bus group, pushing back in. We overheard who seemed to be a more well organised, proper guide behind us with a small group of American tourists - it is very frowned upon by those doing tours the proper way and it is apparently not uncommon for security to have to get involved when arguments arise about the shady practice. I felt very embarrassed to have unknowingly been a part of that at what is supposed to be a memorial.
I struggle with my health and was suffering terribly for being in the cold. We were finally told that if our tickets weren’t until later in the day, we would either be waiting around or going to a mystery venue which they eventually shared was the train tracks - again outside & waiting indefinitely.
Tired of the constantly changing story and growing more unwell, we booked a taxi back to Krakow. It is a very serious and heavy subject matter to process at the best of times, so considering the disaster, we decided best to cut our losses.
Before booking, we had heard about “scam” Auschwitz tours, but we falsely assumed that we would be fine with this one as we booked through GetYourGuide and it was well-reviewed. I’m unsure as to the review situation as it seems from forums etc that ours wasn’t an uncommon experience.
We’re incredibly disappointed, not just because of missing out on the experience, but in the whole practice of 3rd parties, not just this one.
Book your own tickets directly through the museum, you can get there by shuttle bus (there is a stop right outside) or our taxi (one way) was about 250zl, which is worth in my opinion, to experience such a site at your own, comfortable pace.

We should of had an all day tour of Auschwitz -Birkenau. Our times for being picked up kept changing. We should of been picked up at 12noon we were picked up at 3pm. When we arrived and were given our tickets it said 5.30pm entrance. I gather this was the intention all along. That is NOT ALL DAY. We rushed round Auschwitz, but as so much to see and read we missed Birenau. Very disappointed.

We booked a tour to Auschwitz I & Auschwitz II-Birkenau with an English speaking guide which was meant to include fast track entry, and a 6:00AM pick-up time. What we got instead was a 3:40AM pick-up, and 4 hours of standing in line for tickets in the freezing cold. On reaching the ticket office, we were told that there were no English speaking guided tours available. Instead we were booked into a Polish speaking guided tour which was absolutely useless as we do not speak any Polish. To top it off, the Polish speaking guide abandoned half the group outside of Auschwitz II-Birkenau, and we were unable to enter without a guide. The whole day was completely disorganised and little short of a disaster. We received nothing from Super Cracow in way of a partial refund for a service that we did not get, nor an apology for such poor service. I would recommend that everyone avoid booking anything with Super Cracow at all costs. The entire thing is not much other than a complete scam.
A long but enjoyable day! Couldn’t fault it, tour guides at both places were friendly and full of so much information. Our tour driver was also very friendly.

A complete exploitation of tourism and of the victims of Auschwitz and Birkenau
Our planned trip was destroyed by a 14 hour day . the afternoon before our trip we were emailed messaged to say that we now needed to meet at 05.20am and not 8AM .
We arrived in plenty of time to met the bus , there were lots of transport and guides - I spoke directly to Olivia who bluntly told me and my party that we were not on her bus -and to go down the line and speak to the other guides - WE were in fact due on the first bus with the guide I first spoke to ( Olivia) .
the bus left without us and 14 other people .
We were eventually picked up at 8.20am from the same meeting point following another bus coming to collect other people and the guide phoning the office to state that 14 guests had not been collected - Supercracow DESCRIBED THIS AS A GESTURE OF GOOD WILL AS WE WERE LATE ....... WE were not late .
On reflection - This actually looked planned and part of the big con.
We were then placed in a que on arrival at Auschwitz - with our "skip the que tickets" that we had purchased already , we were allocated a 3 pm slot to enter .
All of your customers were given the same stickers so we could see how we had been separated within the huge line of people who had already paid and forced to wait for the activity for hours
A mini bus was sent to collect us from Birkenau- That was clearly a private booking for German guests, and we did not get back too the original pick up point until 8.20pm
This wasted a complete day of our travels that we have planned with several activities , we did not make a dinner reservation on the Saturday evening due to your companies lack of competency and disregard for customers.
I am beyond furious and will never recommend your company or use it again

Attention! In May 2025, I purchased a reservation for two people for a tour from Krakow to the Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps and the Wieliczka Salt Mines, scheduled for around mid-August. I booked this tour through one of the usual platforms that aggregate various tours and then redirect to the actual operator.
The day before the excursion, I received a WhatsApp message from Supercracow informing me that part of the tour (the Salt Mines) would not take place and that I would be refunded 50% of the total cost. It’s now been a month and a half, and I haven’t received any refund.
Initially, Supercracow and the platform kept shifting responsibility back and forth, and now neither of them is responding anymore! If this isn’t a scam, then what Is?!

The trip was perfectly organised and the guide shared a lot of interesting information in a very empathetic way. I would recommend to do the trip with this provider 100 %
