Hi Amelia. So sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery speed. We do try to ship out orders no later than the next business day. In this case it was the following Monday after receiving the order toward the end of day on a Friday after UPS pickup left. However, it does seem that it arrived on the following Monday instead of Friday, which was their estimate. We do hope you understand that we have no control over if UPS occasionally runs behind on some deliveries for some unforeseen reasons. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might had caused you.

They're not just legit, they're great!
Frankly I was initially a little bit worried about the company because of the name and the discount prices. However I did some research including looking them up on Trust Pilot and decided to give them a try
The website said the item we were interested in was out of stock. I used the chat feature and found out they were expecting a shipment soon and that we could go ahead and order it to be on the backordered list.
We went ahead and ordered the item and it actually shipped a day earlier than they said so it arrived early.
I'm sure we'll be ordering from them again.
