Label created but never actually dropped at USPS
I put in an order on 8/31. I have given them sufficient time to get past labor day and then when I finally got an update on the 3rd of September, it's is that a label has been created but nothing had made it's way to USPS. I have already paid and it it's now the 10th of September and the status has bto changed. They promise a 3 to 6 day delivery and claimed I'd have it by the 5th of Sept. I have not received anything and USPS still has the same message.
I have called, messaged on the site, and sent a reply email and emails to the "24hr" response line on weekdays and I have not recieved one word about my order or any communication at all. I would say this is a fraudulent site that needs to be shut down!! All of their information on the site and promises as well, are just words and not legit practice!
