This is not legitimate. Ads claim to use agents to make payments in the UAE without any details about how those payments are made from a regulatory perspective, ask you to send funds to a wallet via Stripe, don't show how funds are held etc.
Advertise as a business and cant even create a google set up so cant even leave a google review (because they know they get 1 star), con and literally paying out their asses for advertisements. Scum that invade people lives for something that doesn't even matter. AVOID and leave a bad review for these scum bags
Fraud! This is worst chat AI I have ever seen. There is no information at all when you ask about names, the information is so poor that is best to google anything, do not pay for this!
Warning: Avoid Superchat – Unethical Practices & Unauthorised Charges!
I want to warn others about my terrible experience with Superchat. I initially signed up but quickly realised the service did not meet my expectations. I canceled my subscription on 01/02/2024, yet they continued to charge my account multiple times, totaling over £500.
After countless emails and attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to issue a refund and are now demanding payment through a debt collection agency, threatening me to pay within 7 days!
Why is it that other companies respect their customers and cancel subscriptions when people are unhappy, yet Superchat refuses to do the same?
Superchat is unethical, misleading, and predatory. They trap customers, continue billing even after cancellation, and now resort to bullying tactics. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
I strongly urge anyone considering Superchat to think twice before signing up. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away!
I never visited this SUPER CHAT website, EVER and do not frequent YouTube. Somehow they charged me 23 separate charges fraudulently through Apple Pay wallet. I’m so upset that they got into my money and charged ranges of $35 -$23 each. This same company fished for my money last month January for 4 X $1.99 to see if it would go through and I didn’t notice. Then Feb 13 pushed 21 other fraudulent charges and was draining my account. I stopped it as fast as I could. This makes me sick.
Bad SuperChat. Reported to cyber crime unit on the internet.
