I signed up because it said get paid for surveys. They approved me for $20, but said it wouldn’t be available for a month. Then charged my card $15 membership fee when I didn’t sign up for a membership! I now have to call and cancel my card with my bank, this app is a SCAM!

Firstly, the Super cash advances don’t allow you to access instant money. They mail you a Super card & load the money to your Super card. Transactions are restricted & you can’t link your Super card with Cash App, PayPal &etc. You can really only use the advances at big box retailers

Secondly, it’s $15/mo to be a “member”. You pay Super $15 to receive “cash” advances that can’t be used at your discretion

Finally, if your linked card used for paying the membership fees ever changes or disconnects, the writing is on the wall. I paid back my first advance with the intent of initiating a new advance. However, Super refused to accept the following forms of payment:

VISA Cash card
Chime VISA card
Dasher Direct VISA card
Mobile web browser payments
In the app payments

Stay away from Super. Find cash advances elsewhere. You’ve been warned

Wish I can give negative stars I downloaded app, didn't even get a chance to finish signing up before they charged my card $15 and then wouldn't even let me finish signing up

DO NOT USE. Horrible customer service. Tried canceling my account and getting a refund because nowhere did it say I’d be putting my card for a membership fee I thought it was to keep on file to fund my card. Needless to say my bank account and membership is not removed or canceled because they needed my ss number to verify and do anything. Sorry but I’ve never had to provide my ss number to cancel memberships before. So I’ll be calling my bank.

I wish I could give the zero stars this app is a scam DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Theirs No quick process for anything. Hard to get someone to help You. Emails won’t get a response. Phone service representatives if You get on is Lost. They take more money than they are suppose to. RUN DONT SKIP AWAY‼️

Love the idea of the card, but a month into using it and there's definitely flaws. I frequently get gas at Sheetz and was looking through my transactions, there was a withdrawal from my debit account for $50 5 days ago meanwhile no transaction was made for that amount. None of my vehicles hold that much fuel, and I never stop at an even amount. Was also told that it wasn't a hold.
The dispute process is too difficult. I contacted the chat who then told me I had to call, then that representative had to email me a multi page dispute pdf that I have to send back in( which I don't have all of the necessary info to do, reps name,proxy number ). No time frame of when to expect a return. In the end I'm just going to contact my bank and not use the card again. I mainly use the Super app for all my travel needs, but after this, I'm questioning doing that.

I book to a resort in Orlando Florida using this company, but I was over charge on my 6 nights $120.00 because the hotel the same day I check in email me a invoice with a lower price than I was charge using super cash. I call but they don't want to refund the difference. Next time book directly with the hotel.

I tried adding funds to my supercash account like I have always been able to but today it said transfered failed. I used 5 different cards and came back with same error. I contacted customer support and they opened up a ticket bc he wasnt sure why it wasnt lettinf me fund it but yet i could charge on it.

I got an email saying their security partner had removed the block. did tell me why there was on on it in the first place. He told me to try again but do an amout less than or equal to the last amout I tried which was $29. I tried and still says failed . I called again and they opened another ticket.

I had to use a different card to pay for a hotel on their site and i missed out on the 10% cashback I would have gotten had I used my supercash card.

I would like them to figure out why I can not fund my account yet i can make purchases. And lastly my hotel stay that i bought off their site was $43.08 and I wouls like the cashback I would have gotten for it added to my account had I been able to add funds to my cashcard to use it.

Honestly if it doesnt get fixed I wouldnt recommend them at all.

I had ordered a super cash card, the card came in the mail, I activated the card. started adding money in it accumilated $760, went to use the card, the card is invalid, and customer sevice cant even speak english yet understand it and oonline chat is useless. I want my money back never use this company ever.

Mel reversed my cash advance and unsuspected my account due to insufficient funds ask foe Mel she's great

Please tell your staffs to stop disturbing me I have paid and if this continues I will not hasitate from calling a lawyer

Worst app I have paid 99 rupees and it's been two days no money has been credited and the and also the wallet showing locked. So don't trust this type of application.

EDIT : I don't use your app anymore, as I found another app in the same category. It is a profitable application and I work on it using VPN But the app pays me on a daily basis ! So why aren't your partners paying you for users using VPN While paying for the other app ?
