I ordered this item on Nov 19 and it did not ship until after I contacted the seller on Nov 27 asking for a tracking number. When it finally shipped on Dec 2, it was sent as Cash on Delivery even though the order had already been paid for at checkout.

Because the item was late and the payment method was changed without my consent, I did not accept the delivery. I documented the timeline in Amazon’s order support, selected “item arrived too late,” and explained that the shipment was unauthorized COD. Amazon reviewed the situation and issued a full refund.

My advice to other buyers is to monitor shipping closely, don’t accept unauthorized COD deliveries, and use Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee if a seller changes payment terms or ships significantly late.

Almost a month after ordering, the book still has not shipped, and there has been zero communication after several attempts. Judging by online and Amazon reviews, this seller is at best incompetent, at worst a straight-up FRAUD

This may be a sham company.

Ordered a book on Alibris from this company on 7/26, they claim it was sent on 7/27, it still hadn't arrived by 8/13. USPS tracking said it was still awaiting the book. I contacted them and instantly received a boilerplate letter that said USPS had damaged the book beyond repair, and they didn't have a replacement. I checked and there are two other copies listed on their site. They say they're working on a refund. I don't believe them. I'll contact my bank to get a chargeback.

No book despatched after 17 days. No communication at all.
Impossible to get through to them.

Ordered a book which never arrived. They said that they had sent another. Never arrived. They now say they’ve issued a refund… we will see if that arrives.

Book never delivered but they claim it was, but never gave a date of when. Walmart did nothing to help me except send my email to this terrible company. I been waiting 6 weeks for the book to be delivered as a gift to my elderly mother. Now I have to start filing complaints and call my credit card company. USPS said it was not delivered so I know this company is fraudulent! The last email I got said the book was delayed. Never doing business with Walmart.com again since they are doing business with a fraud company!

I purchased a book from Super Book Deals, paid and was charged for it and never received it. USPS told me that USPS lost my delivery. SBDeals took no responsibility for it, even tho they sent it out. SBDeals didn’t even bother to try and locate my package. SBDeals merely stated they had fulfilled their responsibilities without bothering to request an investigation with USPS. I never received my purchase.

I request a book and pay full price, never a recived my book, they never apologise at me, I was waiting for 3 weeks and nothing, Ebay refund money but I lost my time, lost my plans, my study , everything, the refund was in 10 days..Total: 1 month and more out book, I need to buy it again , lost more 1 month,,,,.It company is a desaster as many people complain against them, maybe my case is similar a others. Never I will buy to this company, 1 start is to much for them, O start will be good, Maybe the company wants send me my book: skills : Hunter as I saw that they offer the same book in Ebay. Contact with me because it is unfair. I dont have time to wait more.... I need a apologise for that.

This company advertised the ability to ship 2 books, before a certain date, which I needed for class. When I had yet to receive notice of shipment with 7 days to go on the date they claimed, I reached out. They did not respond.
Then, I got a shipment notice AFTER the date they were to be delivered!
I contacted them immediately and said I no longer needed them since they did not deliver them by the promised date.
After 7 emails back & forth, they finally said to just "cross out your name & address, right return to sender, and mail them back".
I did so. Weeks go by, no response or refund.
I contact them, they claim they didn't get the return and what was the tracking #. Tracking #?!?! I sent them back AS REQUESTED!
They then said wait.
I waited.
2 more weeks go by, I check in, and get a canned response about not receiving my order? I tell them to read our entire email thread. They claim they don't have access to it.
I reply with ALL the prior emails. The final response?
We don't accept returns after 30 days.

I read reviews that were not that good after I sent for a book I had to have because I gave away my copy. I then started to doubt I did the right thing in ordering, especially since only new or used were the blocks you could check. I like a description better, but I took a chance on a book from 1976 that I loved. I cannot stress enough how great my experience was! The book is in excellent to like new condition and each day since I ordered I received up dates until it arrived. Thank you Super Book Deals!

Absolutely frustrated with Super Book Deals! Placed an order for four books, thinking ahead for our exams, only to find out they wouldn’t make it in time. Tried to cancel, but oh, suddenly they’re ‘shipped’ - yeah right. The books turned up eventually, along with a lovely tax bill. Jumped through hoops to return them, avoiding Amazon like they suggested. This circus started in September 2023, and here we are in 2024, still chasing after my $600 refund. And to think, Amazon just watches this happen. Unbelievable.

Absolutely a scam.

We ordered the Throne of Glass series on 12/11/2023 through this seller on Amazon. Our expected delivery date was 12/20 to 12/27. They marked the item as shipped on 12/13 but we weren’t given a tracking number. We contacted their chat team twice and requested a tracking number, they wouldn’t provide one and kept sending a generic response that items are shipped 2 business days after the order is made.

We waited 8 business days without a tracking number and without any real communication from their customer service team before asking for our order to be cancelled and refunded. They refused to cancel our order, said our item has already been processed and shipped. On 12/20, the first day we should expect this order by, they sent a tracking number. The tracking number says nothing besides USPS is awaiting for this item
from the seller. Today’s now 12/27 12:00PM MST, the last day we should have received this order by and USPS still has not received this item from the seller.

My spouse bought through them on Amazon bc he was unaware 3rd party sellers could be potential scammers. We have to wait until 12/31 to report them
to Amazon and get our $140.00 back.

I also attempted to email them through their official website, received the same runaround response. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

They ended up the “dealer” when I placed an order through Walmart for a book that was harder to find, for someone else. The book came damaged and Walmart basically needed me to deal with superbookdeals. They sent one automated message many days later and when I tried to reach out 3 more times to them…radio silence. Would not recommend dealing with…and if you do, it’s at your own risk. Dont expect communication. Had I known it was through a secondary dealer, I would have researched much better and not ordered through them.

they cancelled my order 10 days after I placed it for my college student daughter. I contacted them within few days of placing my order and they told me the book was shipped. 6 days later, the order was cancelled. they are bunch of liars. I am not sure how can they get away with that.

Stay away. I ordered my textbook on 7/19. They didn’t ship until 7/28. The book is delayed. A replacement was supposedly ship—but no ETA or tracking information provided. Customer service is nonresponsive and untimely. For example, they only answer 1 email at a time every 24 hours. Now stuck requesting refund. And had to order from Wesley. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a travel guide from this seller, it never arrived. It was supposed to take a tad longer, but when it was still not there ten days after the date, I wrote to them to get my money back.
They have now contacted me with a form from epostglobalshipping.com that purports to document delivery to my building. Regrettably, epostglobalshipping.com has a rating as dismal as theirs.
I have demanded my money back, but I am not holding my breath .....

I have ordered a book through this companies ebay site, however within 5 minutes of placing the order i realised that i didn't want the book as the confirmation email stated that it would take too long to arrive, so i requested to cancel the order , 3 days later I receive a response on ebay messages saying that the cancelation can not happen as it took too long to request it, if 5 minutes is too long i would love to know how fast i should have been , very poor from this company, i wont be ordering from them again as they are obviously not to be trusted, also i wouldnt want to return the book to them as again i wouldnt trust them to refund me. i would say avoid them at all costs.

Customers have paid in full and put trust in your company, where you have taken payment from them. Recieving no reply, or no product they've purchased from your company. This is legally known as fraud. It is a criminal offence. Punishable in a court of law, if no refunds or products ordered, are not sent or retrieved. No replies are given or recieved by superbookdeals1.com, after making numerous attempts to contact the company, to make inquiries into items purchased, that are never received. No legal method of a full refund is given by this deceptive fraudulent company, also.
Accepting payment for a legal transaction, for products you fraudulently advertise, is a "criminal offence" and will be dealt with in a court of law, under the consumer rights act, currently in progress, taking legal action at present against your company. An appalling dishonest company and service. Also a criminal offences under fraudulent advertising. Individual fake companies who use deception are recorded and advertised as theft. After taking payment for no products. Disgusting individuals who choose to seek employment or are responsible for creating fake websites, accounts and false tracking websites are advertised as thieves. They are registered as criminals. Sickening and sad employees, tend to have no intention or interest in life, or honest gainful and helpful employment. Deceiving trusting consumers. Taking a cash payment fraudulently, they become criminal theives. Legal action has been taken and is in progress, with the consumer rights act. EBay and Amazon are in the process of removing and blocking any advertising you create. Also any further accounts under a different business name, that have your IP address.
