So I have bought and sold bikes from SuperBike Factory, but recently I went to buy one and paid a £500 deposit, I heard nothing for a week, so I called and asked for an update, I was told they sell thousands of bikes, and so they were buys and delivery could be in 2–3 weeks only. I cancelled the sale and now 3/4 weeks later they still haven't returned my deposit and I keep calling, but they don't even answer, terrible company
Not received payment as promised. Having to report the bike as stolen.
Alex was very helpful , lovely lad . Not the first bike I've bought from SBF and definitely wont be the last .
Great price , great service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys .
Straight forward with updates online but lacking personal service
I had high expectations buying from a well-known dealer, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. After owning the bike for just two weeks, I discovered the rear brake pads were worn to an unacceptable level and should never have been on a bike sold by a dealership. Brakes are a critical safety component, and this has seriously affected my confidence in the pre-sale inspection.
Communication has also been poor. Getting responses has been difficult, the customer portal is a total waste of time as if you do have a concern and contact someone you get no reply. Then to ring up and being on hold for 40 mins before eventually finding out when my bike will be ready.
I chose to buy from a dealer expecting peace of mind and a properly prepared bike but this experience has been the complete opposite.
Sell a bike with no working clutch. After repair try send it back with back brake not working missing bolts. Missing bolts from other places and they say it’s your word versus there’s. Not professional at all. Sell nails if you want a decent bike shop elsewhere. Also after sales is absolutely non existent so you may as well phone the Easter bunny.
Reluctant Sale of my Triumph Bonneville. Goldie was on time & very professional. Everything was in order as I explained before the pick-up, so it was a very hassle free sale. Thanks.
Had Steve Walker come and collect my late dad's ducati, was friendly , very knowledgable and gave me the price agreed without any hassle, thanks mate !
Found a bike at Macclesfield venue. Agreed a part ex price. Plenty of updates regarding the Speedmaster but no other documentation.
Told me my 14 plate Triumph Tiger has fork seal leak after vigorously and excessively bouncing the front of the bike up and down. Then said my engine may have a problem. It's only done 8K. Then asked for another 2k after I'd already paid them £3k. Effectively wanting £9k for a bike worth £6.5 k. I'll be contacting trading standards.
From start to finish the whole process was easy and everyone I spoke to was friendly and efficient.
Because the process is clear and open, the price I was quoted, was the price I was paid on the collection day.
The gentleman who collected the bike was friendly and knew what he was doing. The handover didn’t take very long at all.
Sad to see my bike go, but happy with the service.
Very helpfull salespeople and especially the chap, when I came in to collect the bike
Very happy, made the purchase of my first bike very swift. Sammi-Lee was very helpful and friendly!
Took a while (around a month from reservation) as the bike needed some work, but was well worth it. The bike was in great condition, had low mileage and ~£1000 worth of accessories. Also got free delivery, which was nice (free between dealerships, and I guess my house was close enough to get it for no extra cost)
I adore my new bike! The team at Macclesfield were all ace, it was a super easy process to part ex mine and ride a new one away. Thanks to everyone who helped me.
Great selection
Helpful staff and wonderful mechanics who seemed determined to give you the best experience possible - nothing was too much trouble.
Where do you start? Firstly, the bike I purchased from Crawley site was poorly. Poorly to the point of feeling unsafe and dangerous. So I visited Macclesfield showroom and dropped the bike as a refusal. The bike was listened too and looked at and confirmed as not fit for purchase.
The question is why or how did it get through PDI at Crawley??.
However, Andy and Sammi Jordan were exceptional in there response to the situation. I got to choose a new bike and had everything unwound financially. The process the started again. The communication was first class and the staff were great .Upon reviewing the bike at collection the member of the team (Andy) noticed a rear tyre issue and simply changed the rubber there and then.
The Crawley team were also very good and communication was excellent, it was just a shame that the bikes condition wasn’t pulled up.
I’ve had 7 bikes to date from SBF Macclesfield and now I look forward to riding the next couple of seasons on my new Z900RS and also look forward to dealing with Sammi and Andy again.
Well done top job 👍 🙌
Customer service spot on great communication from James and the team would recommend and will be using super bike factory again
Secured a 2023 model xsr125. Received a call promptly and was upsold a tracker. Paid the deposit and tracker payments with my credit card. All good. However, when it came to paying the balance I was told that I would have to make the 84 mile round trip to make payment in person as they don’t take credit card online or over the phone (even though they already had done for the deposit and extras). Called twice and spent an hour on hold to be told again to make the trip in person (as well as paying £199 for delivery). I crunched the numbers after the call and the bike, tracker and delivery came to a total of £4688 in the end. BRAND NEW 2026 model sxr125’s are being sold at official Yamaha dealers for £4949 with trackers and home delivery included, just a £261 difference and they take credit card payments without fuss. Needless to say, I cancelled my order. Getting my refund was also made unnecessarily difficult as they process them manually and require sort codes and account numbers which credit cards don’t have. Time will tell if this actually gets sorted. If you want to pay brand new prices for used bikes just make sure you’re either fronting the full amount by debit card or taking out their high interest finance agreement or they’ll completely waste your time.
I had been researching a new bike for a long time. Finally found one I liked and fitted my budget and criteria at the superbike factory. I sent an enquiry form and was contacted by Hayden, he answered all questions I had about the bike. Hayden was really helpful and made sure I got a deal which worked for both of us. There was no pressure sales and when I said no to something ie: paint protection, there was no further conversation about it which I really appreciated.
The whole process has been very easy and enjoyable, I’m now looking forward to receiving my new wheels. Cheers Hayden would definitely recommend.

Bought a bike from SBF and had a tracker installed at additional cost, wasn't long before started having problems. Contacted the tracking company who sent out engineers, when they arrived they immediately recognised an install by SBF. Told me they couldn't fix it and I'd have to go back to SBF to get it fixed.
Constantly emailed with no replies, rang multiple times and either no one picked up, or on the very rare occasion they did, I was hung up on..
This has been ongoing for months and just not getting anywhere with them.
Absolutely fuming.
