Easy to navigate easy to check out good prices

Good prices and reasonable shipping costs.

This is my first transaction with Arbor. The website was easy to use and the FAQs had clear information easily accessible. So far so good - now to determine if product is received timely.

Price is low and affordable

Little difficult to navigate at first. It would not take my address as you wanted it. So I put my unit into main address it was fine

The on line order experience was very easy. The prices of Arbor products was the best when price and comparison shopping. I haven't received my order yet but it looked really great and just what We wanted for our bathroom counter.

Easy to find what I was looking for at a decent price.

I've been trying to get a specific wheat mill for weeks but they're always out of stock everywhere. Super Arbor had what I wanted and at an excellent price. Their order processing steps seem lengthy, but it is designed to make sure that your item(s) are actually in stock, not on back order, etc., and that you haven't paid for something that you will end up having to go through a refund process or wait months to come back in stock. Super Arbor doesn't charge your payment method until your order is verified ready to ship. I am still waiting for my mill to arrive, but I am confident in the process. I would be waiting anyway if I pre-ordered from a different site, but 1, I would have had to pay in full a much higher price, and 2, I might be waiting until July as indicated on one site.

The whole ordering experience was simple and quick!
