I just read every review on here and it's all idiots who haven't received their products yet. I didn't see one review from somebody who actually got what they ordered. WHY would you give a business a star review before you've successfully used it?? It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and I still don't have tracking or confirmation of shipment. It's thrown off my timeframe so I'm going to have to order elsewhere and I'm seeing reviews ELSEWHERE online that others have been scammed as well.

Ordered about $500 in travertine wall tile. Sent four emails requesting order status update over several weeks, each time it was an auto responder generic thanks for your order and we will get back to you reply. There is a limit to how long I can wait for the product fulfillment. 21 days later I reach out to cancel and the response is "We’re sorry to hear that you’ve decided to cancel your order... we’ll follow up with an update within 7–10 business days"!

Very straightforward. Found the product I needed and took me to a swift checkout and purchase.

Been approved for over a month.Never received my order have called multiple times just to speak to a bot. I've ever received an email.Never received a phone call.The company is a scam at this point.I have requested to cancel my order.

It was easy to find the ceiling fan I was looking for, and I was able to express check-out with Apple Pay.

Scam, scam, scam. If it sounds too good to be true-- it is. I placed an order because google shopping sent me to their site (bad google), they had great pricing and THEN read all the scam reviews within minutes and tried to cancel my $750 order. Not only no response, but the charge is pending on my card and I got a text telling me to check out on some other site (trying to take my money twice!). I have sent several emails well within the 72 hours allowed by law to cancel any contract/purchase and NO RESPONSE. I will be calling the credit card company to block the pending charge hoping that helps. Do NOT do business with this company. Checkout the Reddit thread. And if you see good reviews it's from people (like me) who get conned into posting a review right after purchase, but never getting goods.

Ordering was quick and easy

Never received my order, have called several times, asked AI to look into my order, says they will escalate but NEVER happens. Ordered 1box of flooring 6months ago, cannot get order or refund, NO ONE to speak with, TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!

I was excited to find a product that was not available anywhere else at a reasonable price!

Website was easy to navigate and I found the flooring I needed to replace areas that were pulled up. The product was discounted at big box store but Arbor came through. Thanks.
